Water pressure was really poor. Was showering with one trickle and couldn't get the temperature right. Was either freezing cold or boiling hot! No Wi-Fi wasn't ideal as the 4G connection was cutting in and out.

Room was ready early which was great. Room clean and cool on arrival - aircon was already on. Great for a 1 night easy stay.

Not the right place when you need to recharge and sleep whilst travelling, was just a bit noisy thanks to all the pubs and partying people.

Not a fan of using an app as a room key, I got locked out because my phone died (reception can give you a code to get in thankfully) Not enough toilet paper in the bathroom Just be aware it's a dry hostel (can understand they want to curb partying so everyone can sleep)

Bathroom was a bit tired and could do with a deep scrub to get some of the stains out the tub.

Location great for Airlie beach tours and restaurants. Not too noisy at night despite being close to town. Beds very comfy. Swimming pool was a plus but the chlorine was strong!! Lots of space for parking.

It’s a party hostel, I got about an hour sleep thanks to people bringing people back into the room, drinking till late into the morning. The bar next door is so loud. Not an ideal place to relax.

It was one of the worst hostels I've been to in terms of cleanliness, in Australia. For 3 nights no one cleaned the bathroom inside the dorm (6 beds), the day I arrived it was already disgusting. Nobody replenished toilet paper, either. I found a mask (eyes cover) between the sheets and the bed frame. The blanket they give us, (you need to ask for it) is super tiny too.

We didn't get any blanket in our room. It's winter and it was freezing for my dad and I. He was sleeping with towels instead due that was late check in by the time I find out was nobody able to help. The curtain was broken at the top and doesn't cover the whole window. No privacy. The light outside of the main door doesn't work, very necessary and also for safety reasons. The sink in the bathroom had a leak which was wasting lots of water. Will be good if the hotel gets a better manager to be awake of the maintance around the room and the place in general. The place is big but not very clean and organised.

The lady at the reception wait for us until 10 pm for late checking due our flight was delayed. The room was big and spacious.

Dirty walls (bugs - ants crushed on the walls and dirt). Kitchen was disgusting and not enough cutlery. One linen only so it's cold during the winter.

Good location. Air conditionning in the room. Very big hostel. Ok for one night if you have a boat tour.
