Batemans Bay Delight was very comfortable, clean and had all the facilities I needed. I stayed in the room with ensuite. Kitchen facilities Nick was great host very hospitalable. Walking distance to debmans beach and general store nearby. Conveniently located close driving distance to batemans bay or broulee

We were happy with the accommodation. Nick was very helpful when we found ourselves a little lost. The room was comfy and the breakfast was good - nothing special, but adequate for our needs.

Especially in winter maybe have more heating options for the bedroom, it was quite chilly waking up to 😆. Other than that nothing was to complain about

Absolutely wonderful, Nick and his dog Ted were very hospitable and lovely to have a chat with over dinner and breakfast. Lovely clean, modern house. Room was immaculate and very spacious. Very comfy bed and pillows. Bathroom, very clean and lots of room. Very quiet and amazing view in the morning.

Nothing really to complain about but if you want to be surrounded by shops etc. then you need to book closer into Batemans Bay which obviously costs a lot more!

This is a large very new house with great shared Kitchen and Lounge facilities. Nick the host is a really friendly and casual guy who made us feel very welcome with our two small dogs. Nick has a lovely dog Ted but our two were a bit wary so we kept them in our comfy Suite with en-suite and own TV for those who want their privacy. It’s set in a new estate high on a hill with lots of Trees and a walk to the beach down the hill for those who are energetic. Very good value for money if you are happy to stay in shared accommodation - loved that we could use Nicks Netflix etc.!

We thought it was in a quiet neighbourhood and the host was very accommodating. We felt at home and able to use any facilities we required. We also loved Ted!

Room at 9m2 far too small especially with a queen bed in it. No room to put bags. There was a larger room with a tv and a shower in the ensuite that was not booked. This should have made this expensive stay an automatic upgrade to the larger room. Kitchen is common area shared with owner.

Bugs, dirt, hair, and leftover insulin injections: Unfortunately, our stay was not very pleasant at Batemans Bay Delight. The fridge was very dirty with hair, dirt and spilt foods/drinks. What shocked us most, however, was there were leftover insulin injections amongst the food on the fridge shelves. Our ensuite floor wasn’t very clean. It had dirt and hair on the floor. The cupboard under the sink was also dirty. We also found a bug on our bed, which definitely did not make us feel comfortable sleeping in it.

We liked that the owner was friendly. We also liked that the house was pet friendly (although we didn’t bring our pet).

It's a little bit out of the way so you need to drive to get to the attractions and food, but otherwise I had no complaints at all.

Nick was an incredible host, very friendly and accommodating. I thoroughly enjoyed staying at his home.

Did not expect this to be a homestay as there is no mention of this in the listing title on Booking.com. Also the listing indicated a private bathroom with was only toilet and vanity. the shower was shared. The room had no TV and was quite small and pokey.

I loved everything about Nick’s place , he is a wonderful host and his home is beautiful and a delight to spend time in . The coffee machine was a extra special bonus. I love staying in a home rather than a hotel.

The Host was extremely helpful and hospitable. We were very impressed with the dog friendly atmosphere and our dog was very happy with the friend he made.
