The doona in the cupboard that we were going to use for extra warmth was badly stained, didn’t have a cover and had a stale smell. It was unusable. No parking near our room. Not enough towels were left for us.

Thought there could be more kitchen items and a proper stove. No dinner plates, cutlery limited. Bathroom a bit too basic. The blinds didnt work properly...broken cord. The aircon was just blowing air....no warmth. Tea towel?

It's a depressing setup really. Basic facility, bright light on all night outside bathroom. In desperate need for a renovation and an update. Good for just sleep and that's it.

Basic accommodation - was the only thing left in Bathurst when race was on. Can only say the text and email instructions on how to get in, etc was great though. Good communications.

The room had been refurbished badly with carpet lifting a cracked window and the bathroom was out dated with many cracked tiles in the shower and not even a fan in the bathroom it had a badly fitted vent.

The Red Audi flying through the complex and the man sitting in the next door smoking while sitting in his doorway....it stunk. The sheets had long black hairs on them.

Internet reception in room provided was really poor and call to call centre - did not solve and they never get back inspite of promising to call back .

Had a few issues booking in to begin with, room key numbers did not work and had to be changed. Phone calls were answered and issue resolved in a timely manner.

Room is very run down, shower constantly dripping. Room smelled funny on arrival, beds were very uncomfortable and bedding was old and tatty. Blinds not working and missing slats. Dead bugs on window sills ect, Was only given 3 towels booking was for 4 people, more towels cost money according to the app. The room needs an update desperately. Water drips from above unit onto below patio area, so if you sit out there prepare for water to drop on your head. The unit complex itself is nice and with a few $$ spent on upgrades to rooms it has potential to be really nice accommodation.

Close to everything, easy access and parking. Cheap and quick accommodation.

Mattresses in need of updating but my stay was still comfortable.

I liked that the room was nice and spacious and that there were facilities to cook food and wash clothes.

Rude call centre person. Convoluted self-check in process requiring way too much ID. Blinds to balcony broken so you couldn't open the door on a hot day. No bedside light. Only 2 pieces of each cutlery and plate in an allegedly self-catering appartment.

Close-ish to the city centre. It would be a lot closer if they built a walkway from the side of the property through to the street. Spacious studio.

The pillows and bed weren't that comfortable, but it was only for an overnight stay on way through Bathurst and a was a good price.

It was the worst check in experience I had ever been through. I did the online pre checkin, which said I would be sent a code by 2.00pm.. When it had not arrived, I phoned them. They said they did not have photo ID. This was not in the pre check in. It was extremely difficult to send this to them sitting in a hot car once I arrived at the property. The whole process was very distressing when the instructions I was given were inadequate. I am not sure if I want to stay there again because of this.

Unfortunately the unit we had was not like the photos. It needed repairs to verticals, wardrobe and kitchen cupboards. The lounge chair was filthy as were the table and chairs on the deck.
