Nothing really, everything was exactly as expected (even better) and what we needed.

Location was stunning, away from main Hobart CBD but easy walking distance to everything we wanted or needed. Such a beautiful manor, very homely and perfectly quirky. We stayed twice during our stay (in two different rooms) and both were fabulous in their own ways. Definitely stay here when we go to Hobart again.

We did not have bfast (responding ro question prompt). Great location, easy secure parking for rental car, very large room & 3 beds - travelling as 3 adults this was great for us, not many places we looked at booking had this option. Also great price for city location. Will recommend to others.

The decor was a bit dated, but everything else was so fantastic that it really didn’t matter.

The location was fantastic!! So easy to get to everything and what a beautiful area! The property was a wonderful colonial style old manor and perfectly suit the area of battery point. The room was huge!! Which was fantastic when traveling with family.

I can't think of anything.

The room was enormous, the place cosy and the other guests were friendly. The staff who came in to clean found an item belonging to my granddaughter that had no financial value but huge personal value and sat it on the front of our hire car so we found it as we returned from breakfast, having left the room but parked the car there. What a lovely gesture.

The lock on the external door could be improved. A bit of noise from upstairs rooms

Spacious, comfortable room with fridge and kettle. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Used dishes were washed and replaced every day as no facilities in the room. Lovely location, close to restaurants and Salamanca market

Small characterful hotel surrounded by other beautiful buildings in a very historical area. Lovely welcome and check in experience. 1 room was an upgrade. Big bedrooms and a lovely roof garden which is sometimes available.

Slightly easier parking, however the terrain doesn't favour that.

Location was great, bit hilly perhaps for older people, but so worth it. Very pretty.

I was concerned about the door lock; seemed insubstantial, especially considering the private entrance is on the ground floor, and the fact that there was no safe in the room. (I'm assuming that the neighborhood is safe.) Also, being on street level, the curtains needed to be closed to have any privacy, and that made the room dark and uninviting. But at the price, that was a trade off.

Nice size room, comfy bed, close to the wharf area, very quiet residential neighborhood. Low price compared to other places in Hobart.

That I couldn't,t book it for more than one night. My fault. It was fully booked for the rhee additional nights I wanted. Ot was excellent value

It’s located on a quiet lovely street on Battery Point. The room was incredibly spacious and clean with a view of the sea. The owner was lovely and eager to help.
