Super clean with everything that u would need. There was a full kitchen available to all the guests if you preferred to cook which we did. The continental breakfast was one of the best we have seen whilst travelling in WA. There was also an area to just sit back and relax in a large comfortable lounge area. Highly recommend liked it had no children running around. Sorry kids. 😀

Unfortunately, NOTHING!!

Everything is just exceptional and above expectations! Too much foods for breakfast. Kitchen is well equipped with utensils, oil, salt, pepper, etc etc. You can prepare a good meal like at home. We love it so much! Would recommend to others and will be back!

The mattress in the king-sized suite.

The master suite had everything you could wish for, including a huge TV. The only downside was the mattress in the king-sized bed. It was way too soft. The shared kitchen & dining areas were well-stocked, bright & airy. Would definitely recommend this property to friends & family if they visit Busselton.

Updating the bedroom TV to a smart TV would greatly enhance the stay, providing access to streaming services for a more personalized viewing experience. The mattress left much to be desired, feeling rather bouncy and uncomfortable. The pillows were also lacking in comfort, stuffed with inexpensive polyester filling. We found ourselves yearning for the comfort of our own pillows from home. The bathroom—it was spacious and clean, a definite plus. However, maintenance issues like the loose light and fan cover, as well as the broken shower fixture, did detract from the overall experience, making the shower a bit cumbersome.

The accommodation offered decent value and its location is convenient, especially for a quick stopover near the beach and town center. However, we believe this spot is better suited for groups of friends or family sharing the space. Communication and the self check-in process were seamless, though a sensor light near the key boxes would’ve been a thoughtful touch, especially during those late-night arrivals. Our room was adjacent to the shared kitchen and lounge, but we were fortunate to have considerate fellow guests, which kept noise levels down. All in all, Baudins Guesthouse offers a reasonable choice for a brief stay, but some attention to bedding comfort and bathroom maintenance would truly elevate the experience. Despite the property’s positive reviews, our personal experience leaves us with a few reservations.

Good location; we were able to walk to the main Rockingham strip of shops, the beach and explore the area on foot.

Access to the room was confusing and the person on the phone was as confused as we were. A little sign informing how to find the room would be very helpful Signage of the office was confusing, with the office sign ibeing located on the rear of the front building. Coffee machine was faulty, only cold water was provided to the cup, and the coffee was quite bitter.
