The pool was a little older/dated and was touch on the skin. Unfortunately no elevator, my kids had to wheel their suitcases up three flights of stairs.

Didn’t provide pool towels had to rent them also stayed 5 days but you don’t get clean bath towels and it was so hot you need 2 showers a day but had to keep using the 1 towel to got on arrival

Pools nice but very small. I am grateful that it wasn't too busy but was put off using it when others were there as it felt too intimate.

Location was great, short walk to all the restaurants and bars and also the marina. Lovely beach was also only a short walk away. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had our tours booked but they were they to help with that. Very clean and nice pool.

They do upcharge for some basic things. Do you want a pool towel, extra charge. Use of the in-room safe, extra charge, however, they offered shopping trolleys, beach chairs, and umbrellas on loan for free if needed. It felt like these were thigns previous guests had left behind though.

Very friendly staff. Well located to 4-mile beach, a 10-15 minute walk from the main stretch of Port Douglas. We stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment and it was very sizable, full kitchen, and in-room laundry facilities. The shared BBQ area was a nice feature. Ended up extending our stay here from 4 nights to 8.

Towel rail hanging off had to keep putting back on Stayed 11 nights just one linen change But no clean as in vacuum toilet vanity Outdoor area etc. would have expected better on that count Not enough containers in room for kitchen fridge microwave use Rooms are tired. Bed uncomfortable Fridge ran all night so hard to sleep

The bed was very hard, the shower was very small. The water pressure was terrible. There wasn't enough coffee mugs for 2 people.

It would be nice to have breakfast options at the resort but it was not a issue. Room was clean and all I needed to be comfortable. I will stay there again.

Like so many - no lighting on bathroom mirror. Makes his shave and her makeup very difficult.

Some of the fixtures were a bit tired - the kitchen sink tap was missing the top and the pressure and temp very low. One of the towel hooks in the bathroom kept falling off. The floors weren't overly clean - needed a sweep/vacuum. Tea/coffee/shampoos etc not replenished during our stay (6 nights)>

The pool was warm, which was fabulous, and it was very close to our room. Our rooms were generous in size and we didn't feel at all cramped (family of 5 adults). The lady at reception was warm and friendly. The property is only a 10 minute walk to the main shopping/eating areas and the same distance to 4 Mile Beach. We were very comfortable.

Staff were very friendly. Clean apartment. Bbq area by pool was great. Maybe some more cleaning products down near the bbq area to ensure we could clean it properly. Bbq scrapper could be chained to area.
