The volume of emails about the booking was ridiculous. From booking to rating post stay I have received 14 emails which was weird

Curtains didn't close very well, so lack of privacy when the lights are on. Blinds would be better.

Close to the beach. Very clean. Well equipped kitchenette and bathroom. Spacious with a couch, small dining table and good space for suitcases.

The studio was well serviced with everything you needed for a comfortable stay, but was a little over-cluttered making it less comfortable than it seemed. Among all the things that were included, a few basics were missing.

The location was great, convenient to Glenelg and a good bus service at the end of the street.

Hard to understand the directions to find the room and get easy access. Few more details would have been helpful.

The close walking distance to Jetty Rd & the beach. Relative location in relation to dining and entertainment. Quiet area for sleeping.

The only thing I could say here is that the curtains on the front windows had big gaps which allowed people to see through the windows. We put some blankets over them which fixed the issue. Installing some roller blinds some day would definitely fix it though.

Excellent location. Great size, clean, comfortable, modern and quiet. Close to beach, jetty, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. Staff were very responsive in dealing with an issue at the start of our stay. Suggestions to staff - include information about onsite laundry (cost/coins required) in guest info guide and provide a foldable drying rack in room. Also, some complimentary bottled water (provided in most other SA properties we stayed at) - SA tap water isn’t the best.

Alex was not helpful I would have stayed on in the apartment for another 6 days I wanted an extension but only managed to get an hr I could have sone with more I was literally moving downstairs so had to hand around for nearly 4 hrs with my case when 8 checked out the property was advertised as available but yet when I was looking a few days before it was not available? Waiting to charge more money I’m not sure but this was an inconvenience to me also the rooms either side of the apartment were constantly banging there screen doors ? Maybe request they consider others including the cleaners they were also inconsiderate with the noise

Instead of saying look out for Taft motor sign just say up the stairs to no 32 the directions were rubbish sorry great wifi, and Netflix was a bonus for me as I was staying for 22 nights on business so that was great the location was brilliant near all the amenities the tram etc the apartment was lovely and clean and spacious

The bed was a double, which we found a little squeeze plus the bed was very firm. We had to used the laundry and would have appreciated a small bag of soap powder as we had to purchase a small box that would last for ages and had to discard it when we left.

The locatìon was excellent. Easy to walk to shops, cafes and restaurants. It was close to the beach so we were able to walk on the beach and go to the promenade.

It was a very restful and calm environment. The apartment was exceptionally clean and offered all the necessary facilities. The bed was extremely comfortable!

The cooking facilities were inadequate, the fridge didn't have a freezer compartment, the ceiling fan was dangerously out of balance. Smokers on the shared walkway balcony outside the rooms left their butts in overfilled ashtrays.

The location was very good. Walking distance to the beach and plenty of cafes and restaurants.

Check-in was horrendous and resulted in significant anxiety compromising the enjoyment of a holiday 2 years in the making due to COVID impacts. Some Australians are cautious of travelling in the COVID era and experiences like this are not helpful for restoring confidence in tourism. Despite having fees debited well before travel, we were requested to present all sorts of e-information before being provided with access arrangements despite not having a computer/email access during our trip. This was conveyed before our flight to SA but Let Smart agent Alex refused to appreciate our situation. Fortunately a more responsive colleagues finally provided belated access codes to our room. However, after arriving late on a Saturday night we remained unsure whether we would be able to access the room. After traveling to every continent, apart from Antarctica, and staying in multiple properties with BC, I have never experienced such poor and uncompromising check-in arrangements. Suggest Let Smart gets smart and assist customers rather than putting them through the proverbial wringer!
