The internet was terrible which wasn’t great as we couldn’t work. We also couldn’t connect on second and third days. Really affected the experience as we’d planned some work and to live stream films etc. Everything else was great!

Had to go to a different site to check-in. Inconvenient after a long flight. Furniture a bit “tired”. No facecloths for shower.

Convenient location right across from Matsos. Easy to get to market area. Would be good spot if going to view Staircase to the Moon. Nice gardens.

The only downside I can think of is it's a 15 min walk into town, which might be an issue if you're not mobile and don't have a car, but the stop for the town bus is also close by.

Large well equipped apartment set in gardens. A bit old fashioned and in need of a refurb, but clean, well maintained and has all you need. There is a guest laundry too which is handy. There is a small pool but you also get to use the larger pool at Moonlight Bay Suites (part of the same complex and where reception/check-in is) which is lovely. Use of a very well equipped gym also at Moonlight - the best I've come across in my 2 months in Australia - a really great facility with good quality running machines and a full weights rack - and aircon!  Reception staff are all lovely and very helpful - a real credit to the place. Town bus stop close by. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Being dropped at the gate by our tour bus was somewhat disconcerting as we weren't aware that we needed to walk with our cases to another hotel reception around the corner for the keys. Thankfully, our driver knew. There were few eating venues nearby. The nearest one, Matsos, was very crowded and noisy and we had no option but to purchase hamburgers from a caravan situated in the garden. However, we discovered the Mangrove Hotel the following night for a very nice meal.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable but dated. The gardens were neat and tidy and the laundry facilities were useful. The town bus stop was fairly close.

Perfect location. Easy reach of shops, beach and restaurants. Wasnt too noisy. Charming reception staff.

The bathroom is dated and would benefit from some maintenance. The shower curtain is too short which allows water to escape and wetting the floor. Otherwise functional.

Very comfortable apartment. Spacious rooms. Very good air conditioning and fans. Kitchen with modern stove and microwave. The building is older style but in good condition. The location is reasonably quiet and the property is secured by boundary fencing and keyed gates. Within walking distance to Chinatown. Bus stops Very close by too.

We should have been told to go across road to collect key. After a long drive it's a shock to arrive at closed gates !

The location was good. A large unit with the bedroom completely separated from the lounge - a plus. Opposite Matsos brewery for a good evening meal.

Very minimal kitchen equipment, had to ask for microwave equipment, no egg slice or whisk. Shower curtains are too short…..water splashes onto bathroom floor. Bathroom very dark unless light is on with exhaust fan constantly running!

Decor was dated but clean & comfortable. Swimming pool was a bit cold.

Getting up and down the stairs was a bit difficult, but that was just my dodgy knee- no fault of the establishment

Thank you for the upgrade to Moonlight Bay Suites - was not expecting that. I needed some help getting my case up the multiple flights of stairs to my new room but staff was very obliging. Absolutely loved being able to store luggage and use the guest room after checking out - meant I could really enjoy the extra time I had available before flying home. Location so close to Broome Explorer bus stop was an added bonus - I made good use of that bus!
