The elevator during our last day and check-out was very slow but this was still acceptable. Wifi access is limited to only 3 devices per room.

The location is really good - close to restaurants, convenient stores, church, tourist destinations etc. The hotel practices sustainability which is very neat. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Hotel room view is nice.

Property was a little far from Central Sydney, Fallon on reception was miserable and unfriendly, no greetings or welcoming words. No food available after breakfast time and no bar for an evening drink, room was not serviced for 3 days so no top up of coffee & toiletries. Reception was often busy with only one person at the desk so long wait time to speak to them.

Not the most friendly front desk and when we asked questions to do with the hotel the answers were confusing and didn't help. Ran out of hot water in the shower a couple mornings.

Good location that was walkable to lots of sights, decent sized room, clean and comfortable bed.

Work being done on the lifts made quite a wait

Nothing it was what we expected and we were satisfied with our stay

The room was fine, bed was comfortable and te hotel was well situated for us to travel into the centre. The staff were friendly and helpful all in all an enjoyable stay

It was strange having to be so concerned about the possibility of setting the smoke alarm off! Couldn’t let the steam out of the bathroom while showering etc. Advised not to use a hairdryer anywhere near the smoke decorator etc etc. I found this a little weird and in many years of travel have never experienced this! It was a little unnerving!

Great friendly staff. Perfect location for sightseeing . Rooms are stark, no decor to speak of but and functional.

Very clean, large room comfy bed and pillows great view of the harbour and city skyline, 2 tub chairs and small table, reasonable hanging space, bathroom a good size, good hot water and pressure in the shower toiletries supplied, nice block out curtains, quiet, location is great 10/20 minutes from everything, lots of eateries close by, friendly helpful staff

The location is a bit outside the city center. The hotel doesn't clean rooms automatically every day. Breakfast is expensive and does not give value for money.

The hotel room was quite and clean. It has a safe for valuable items. The beds are comfortable.

The bathrooms are small and quite outdated. It looks like the rooms have been renovated but then they forgot the bathroom.

Very friendly staff- Special shout out to the lovely lady that welcomed us at about 3pm on Friday 1st March, she was so welcoming and made sure our car was secure in the front car park (she deserves a raise!!)

Parking was problematic even though it was under the building. Boom gate tickets were out of order as was the intercom for assistance.

Helpful staff and a comfortable stay. Good coffee nearby.
