Ground floor accommodation would have suited us better, but we managed well with some great help from staff.

Breakfast was brilliant. Just what we needed to start the day, so convenient. Especially appreciated the bread. Would have liked some peanut butter. Location was great for us, easy access to restaurants and attractions. Ambience of the place is great.

Our room was clean and homely, with breakfast foods presented on our bench beautifully. The video they send before you check in tells you all the facilities and how to access them, including where to park. It is on the Main Street of Stanley so we were able to walk to go to dinner and enjoyed a great view.

There was nothing we didn't like, however it would have been cool to make the lounge area a more obvious - we stumbled upon it when we were exploring but could easily have missed it and assumed it was a part of the property we didn't have access to. And it's so beautiful it would be well worth bigging it up a bit amongst the guests!

The room was beautiful and full of thoughtful touches. The decor was perfect, and the facilities comfortable and top class. We loved the garden area and the common lounge area too. The breakfast provided was delicious. The location was also top notch - couldn't have asked for better!

The location was perfect, the freshly baked sourdough bread, breakfast goodies was lovely and well enjoyed. The attention to detail, outdoor sitting areas to catch the sun, decor, all beautiful and well thought through. Felt like home away from home.

Absolutely beautiful accomodation. Every detail is considered and thoughtful - from the lovely welcome note to the daily fresh bread and the gardens, bikes, gym & laundry. Our room was divine - the interiors are a dream and it had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. this was our second stay at the Ship Inn and it certainly won’t be the last!

Immaculately presented, spotlessly clean, fabulous position with a lovely view ( Bayview room) helpful staff and great facilities. One of our favourite places so far and definitely the best breakfast ( In our room!) We would highly recommend!
