Staff was amazing. We arrived and the triathlon was on so roads were all blocked and was a nightmare but the staff was supportive, let us check in early and left the cars there as we couldn't park in Mooloolaba. Very friendly atmosphere

The only issue we had was that there was no air conditioning in the whole apartment. For the minimal cost to install one, it would make visitors stays far more comfortable on those hot humid nights.

The property was in a great location. Beautifully decorated and a great size. Kids loved the pool.

Old apartment building with no lifts. Old stairs and tiny reception that not open often at all.

The apartment has been renovated inside, look pretty clean & nice. Big spaces and have aircon in the living room even says no air-con. Friendly staff that gives us bin bags after messaging on bookings.com messages. Great balcony

All 'big' knives were blunt 2 half empty toilet paper rolls for a 4 bed, 6 day long booking isn't enough. Same with dishwashing tablets and rubbish bin bags. All bedrooms looked onto the neighbors garage which has a bright sensor light that stays on all night. As because the rooms have blinds not curtains, it looked like it was daytime at 1am

No toilet paper, could only find one roll

Location was great cause I didn't have transport so I was able to get around with walking to where I had to go. Having the lock up garage was great as I was traveling with my bike and meant I could lock it up in the garage and not have to carry it up 3 flights of stairs.

Booking.com waited until the net day to notify staff about our booking, with the result that we got the key at 4 pm, 2 hours after our arrival. This was the fault of booking.com

Would have enjoyed a lift to carry gear up and down, but otherwise, all good.

Thank you for the upgrade to Harborview appts. We managed without a lift, and once settled in, really enjoyed the spacious apartment, the cleanliness, the laundry facilities, bathroom and ensuite. Great sized fridge and well stocked kitchen cupboards. Pantry was a bonus we used well.

The apartment was poorly cleaned. Also only very basic ammenities ie. one toilet roll, one bin liner, no tissues, no body wash etc.

Good quiet position and only a short walk to the beach and shops. Plenty of room in the apartment with handy washer and dryer. Also a single lock up garage not just open underground parking.

Building is old and whilst the rooms have been refurbished, we were on the top floor and had to walk 56 steps each way up and down the stairs (every day) to get to and from our room. No lifts. Not a good property for elderly people, especially with luggage. Toilet in 2nd (main) bathroom smelt of stagnant water - this was mentioned to the caretakers a couple of days after we arrived and we suggested the lower apartments flush through their water to clear the pipes. Smell disappeared for a short while but returned for the remainder of our stay.

The view from our room was spectacular - could see the ocean, hear the waves etc. Two girlfriends travelling together so separate rooms and bathrooms was great. Kitchen facilities were good - everything we needed. Location was good.

Told we were able to check in early so we would of had more to get ready for the event, unfortunately we were unable to do so.

Convenient location to an event we were attending. Close to beach for morning and afternoon walk. Bonus was the night market Saturday.

Minor but the check in process requiring a scan of my licence was over the top. Especially when they already had credit card details.

Great value, very comfortable for.my two kids, mother in law and husband and I. Kids had a swim in the pool and we were able to supervise them from the balcony of Unit 2.
