We assembled at this quiet location for a family Christmas celebration. There was a portacot and high chair available. The view was awesome and we also had access to kayaks on the canal. The kids paddled on the small beach. The yard was fully fenced at the back so safe for kids and dogs to be contained. There were board games and a couple of lawn games available. It was a nice surprise to find a Christmas tree up and some decorations around the house. There was plenty of lotions and potions available, a coffee pod machine and a nice selection of tea. Thanks for letting us stay. It was a peaceful weekend for us, away from hustle and bustle but just a short drive to the shops or beach.

Pool table and master bed probably need replacing but it didn't stop us from using them!

Fantastic getaway - we had a few families staying together and it was very spacious. It rained the entire time but we still got out on the kayaks and had a fabulous time! Very appreciative to have free use of them. Great location for shopping and dining.

Nothing not to loke

The facility had everything you could want and more. Location was great, especially having the water accessible for fishing, canoeing and the kids playing in the sand. Being able to take the dogs was a huge benefit. The yard was secure for pets and kids.

Great setting with canal frontage. The kayaks were a lot of fun to get out on the canal and have a look at the surroundings.

Would have been nice to have a swimming pool but that would have cost a lot more!

Being right on the canal was great, as all the beaches were closed due to a cyclone. The cleanliness of the accommodation was exceptional .... the best I've experienced. Very roomy and comfortable. I liked the added touches of supplying a welcome treat and biscuits, etc. aslo extra toilet paper and other kitchen supplies I thought the place was very good value for money

Not having the correct code for the lockbox was a little frustrating but luckily the host came to save us from next door. The bed in the master bedroom needs replacing, it has a definite roll towards the centre. The bed also squeaked everytime I rolled over. Luckily there was another bed in another room which was comfortable and perfect, so I just moved bedrooms.

The view was fabulous, and the rear patio was perfect for my morning cup of tea. The location was great, so close to Sunshine Plaza. The house was spacious and everything we could possibly want seemed to be there. Our dog loved watching the pelicans float past, the backyard was small-ish but perfect.

The pool table should be replaced as the bow in the middle made the balls fall in... a little frustrating for serious pool players :-)

The location was awesome with the water right at our door and access to it from the enclosed yard. We were able to have our dog and the small beach at the property's waterfront was great for the dog to run and swim with the children. There were life jackets for the children to wear when kayaking and the river, markets and beaches were only minutes away. All of the complimentary products supplied were high quality and vegan and a list of vegan restaurants was also supplied. It was extremely clean and hygenic and the hosts were awesome.

Nothing really. Everything was perfect. The only thing that I would change would be the glass wear. I think more was needed. But really, that's nit picking.

Everything you needed was provided, right down to coffee pods for the coffee machine, kitchen utensils, shampoo conditioner, books, board games, pool table and the property was super clean. Clear instructions was provided prior to arrival which was a great help. Our two dogs were absolutely in heaven. Plenty of room to run around the totally fenced off back yard. The view of the canal was the stand out, sitting out the back watching the sun set was a highlight. The location was so handy to the supermarket and shopping centre and the beach wasn't too far way by car.

We had a wonderfully, relaxing holiday with extended family. We loved the waterfront and kayaks available for use. Secure fenced yard for our dog. House was spacious, clean and comfortable. A real home away from home. Thank you.
