I feel like the balcony area could be made a lot more inviting. The room is sold based on it being ocean facing, but the balcony doesn't really allow for relaxing. The table and chairs were ok. A couple of lounge chairs would have been nice.

The location of the unit was great as were the facilities of the hotel. The view was beautiful. The kitchen was well equipped.

The staff at peppers don’t make people that rent these private apartments welcome . Constantly asking if you stay there and treat you like a walk in .

Great spot over looking the pool area . Walking distance to everything .

One of the doors onto the balcony was broken, the bathroom kept flooding from the design of the shower, couches were kind of dirty.

As a mature age couple found climbing the stairs to the third floor very difficult - most places we stay have lifts so this was disappointing. All the rest was great particularly the view from our apartment.

Some feedback on the apartment- the lights in the bedroom didnt work & the slider door needs to be fixed so it slided properly

Apartment at that level should have had a vegetable peeler and a bath mat in each bathroom. There was no vegetable peeler and only 1 bath mat in the ensuite. Parking advice could be updated to be clearer to help next customers and save phone calls. There is no carspace that matches this unit number so written advice could just say what we were told when we rang - park in any spot in Carpark ‘x’ that is not reserved. Also, I’m Unsure if the hot tub water was fresh. It should’ve changed between guests.

Given the price, it could have been cleaner. My biggest complaint is there was no coffee making ability (no coffee machine or plunger), which was frustrating. The unit had a full kitchen, but the appliances / utensils in the kitchen were extremely poor quality.

Pepper’s is a fabulous location, and a great resort for families - particularly with young children. The apartment we stayed at was really good - it was on the 3rd level (stairs only) but had a fantastic view of the pool from the balcony.

Loved our stay at the beach club it was very relaxing the only thing I could say that was a negative was not enough chairs around pool or too many people reserving chairs when not there. But other than that service was friendly & room clean & big.

Cushions on outdooor furniture were pretty old and grotty and there was insufficient cushions. Also had an issue with water leaking from the balconey above, which was rectified by Peppers within 30mins of bringing it to their attention at Reception.

Location was excellent and the facilities in the studio were quite good.
