Unfortunately some of the bed sheets were soiled quite badly and one of the guest rooms was a quite dirty. It was quite a distance from Airlie beach but we knew that from arrival.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Excellent facilities and nice and close to the beach and local shops.

The pool was a welcome relief from the heat. great to have parking onsite. Unit was clean and staff welcoming.

Is a bit out dated in need of a few updates like tap washers needed to be replaced. New frypans that have flat bottoms to sit on the stoves would be great, too. The oven and dishwasher need to be cleaned properly. It would be nice if there was air conditioning in all the bedrooms.

Overall, it was clean and comfortable. Very close to town centre and beach. Very comfortable beds.

Nothing it was a perfect spot for our 4 night stay and had a lovely pool.

Lovely spacious apartment, well equipped, and the only exception was I couldn't find a hairdryer .The rest of it was great.

The units are a little out dated and the cost for a night is a little high considering we stayed at Club Croc for cheaper per night. Dryer was not cleaned.

I liked I could do our washing. Nice and spacious. Unit was clean. Great shower heads with plenty of water pressure and spacious. Staff in the office was very lovely, very helpful and understanding. Communication was great.

The floors left my feet dirty so a mop would've been handy in the apartments. The washing machine wouldn't spin. The bed was a little soft for my back. The floor tiles were drummy throughout when you walk on them and the apartment could do with a paint. The outside stairs and balcony need a good gurney.

The apartment was generally clean with fresh towels and linens but the dining table still had crumbs on it.

Beds were not comfortable for older bodies. The whole unit needs a really good spring clean. The dishwasher is hopeless and lots of dishes were put away not properly cleaned.

Great location. Bus stop round the corner . Small shopping centre within comfortable walking distance. Beach at end of street with lots of shelters, BBQ's and grass. Plus a lovely cafe called the Fat Frog. The unit had a large living area and there is a nice pool on site.

No rubbish bin provided, in the bath room No rubbish bin provided in the kitchen. and the rubbish they did provide, was the rubbish about they only take cash, which is totally wrong, my friends gave me the cash and it was paying my part on my card, and giving cash for the other two. But No you would not except that, well I should of not agreed to that, and just put down the cash and you would have to except it. But my friend said look if you don't have enough on your debit card, give me the cash and I will pay the whole lot on their card. So this should not have been something that we had to agree on,. Cash or Card should be accepted.

One of the units kitchen utensils(glasses mainly) did not accommodate the guests(5). On the 2nd visit, the tree bedroom unit ( nxt to reseption) was very dirty! Floors, kitchen area had not been cleaned, utensils still in the dishwasher, furniture smelly and torn. It was not worth the money we paid! Very dissapointing compared to our 1st visit!

We had to ask for an extra bed and it wasn't so comfortable. There was a leakage problem in our bedroom, however, the staff promptly called a plumber to check. No cleaning during the stay.

Friendly staff, good facilities. The size of the rooms were good, good kitchen, beds a bit soft but we slept very well. The location is great, close to the shops and bus stop.
