No Air con in. Bedrooms. & warm at night - ceiling fans did not cool room down.

Good size apartment & convenient to beach. Swimming pool was great.

I really dont like having to say anything but I guess you can't make things better with out knowing. It was really hot in the bedrooms and with having to have the fan on it made the blinds very noisy, and let the sun in. So no good night sleeps or sleep ins for me. The shower was very difficult to get to a good temperature. Either to hot or to cold. It was nice and clean but the cleaning products had a very strong smell.

The staff were helpful after a very stressful day and when things didn't work it was quickly delt with.

Only down side was that there was only one aircond situated in the living area which had to do the whole apartment, it was unusually hot heat wave while we were there. Each room had great ceiling fans but a little aircond in each bedroom would have made it a little more comfortable.

Some basic utensils missing such as wine glasses etc, which we bought and left in unit for next person. Lighting in unit could have been brighter. Cleanliness down a little.

Schoolies were about, but were well-behaved.

Villa truly delivered with a lot of space, including large lounge area with separate dining area and effective kitchen. Excellent location to get around the local area. Local cafe is a short, flat walk for an excellent brunch with wide range of options. Supermarket around the corner too.

Bedside lamps not working, maybe just needed bulbs replaced. 3 remotes for tv set up so a little confusing, instructions would have been helpful.

The apartment was spacious, clean and well appointed, Great deck overlooking the lagoon pool, convenient location close to shops for supplies and easy access to all of Airlie Beach.

great location, close to the beach, 5 min walk and not a bad walk to coles if you don’t have a car. the size of the villa was great and the pool was very good too!

There is a crazy couple that live in one of the apartments who seem to just hate people and life itself amd will whine like a cheap bottle of red if they deem you are too noisy. However that would not stop us from going back.

The apartments were clean, spacious and in a great location. Staff extremely friendly.

A lady on the second floor( villa number:18), she owns the villa I think, who had poured water all over the stairs with no wet floor sign and no notice to the other resident, caused trouble on us, that my nephew had a fall( our holiday should have turned to hospital admission but luckily he was fine). That same lady was always there on her balcony and she was so nosy in to other people’s business, we felt that we were unfortunate to share the same building with that person. Apart from the bullying from that lady, our stay was fun.

Beds are quite hard and no bed covers only sheets. Needs more cooking appliances like electric frypan etc. Would be good if you could have patio BBQ. No Vaccuum cleaner. Not easy to park as not much room. Only one car park per room, other cars had to park outside or in visitor parking which is not many.

Great size and lots of room for us all (6 people). Well furnished and lots of cooking essentials. Ensuite and bathroom quite spacious. Central to everywhere. 5 minute walk for food and Groceries. Very close to beach and nice scenic walk close to rooms. Rooms were quiet considering location of apartment. Staff very helpful.

The kitchen equipment was very basic - no proper salad bowl, no wok for stir frys, usual minimal amount of cutlery, car park rather difficult to get the car into

I noticed there were no aircon in the rooms, we didn’t need them this time because it was cool but if it was summer the rooms would be rather hot as the sun was bearing down on the bedroom windows.

The rooms are so spacious and have a good layout. Would be perfect for long week stays.

There was often no one at reception to ask for assistance-especially when we left but I understand this was due to illness.

The appartments were really large but in need of refurbishment. The facilities in the appartments were good and it was in an excellent location.

There were not enough tea cups/mugs for all of us in a 3 bedroom apartment.

Everything else is all there. Thank you. We enjoyed our trip to Airlie Beach and it was a lovely stay at your unit.

Could have been cleaner. Floors dirty along with under all beds, lounge etc lots of dirt and fluff...clothes dryer filter not clean. Patio needs a good clean plus oven door dirty. Screens and windows need cleaning...starting to show age.
