We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

AustraliaThere was hardly any phone or 4G connection. There was WIFI at the property which was terrible and the TV was not a smart TV with Netflix. The complex was very stingy with their supply of Toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, soap, extra garbage bag etc. There were no coat hangers in the tiny closet and the common washing machine and dryer was right outside the room. A very nice neighbour next door decided to wash their clothes from 9 pm onwards till god knows when so all we heard was the noise of the clothes bouncing around in the laundry really loudly for a few hours. Funny how the noise travels when you have nothing to do. Everything was in driving distance from the apartments - NOT walking distance, so unless you wished to buy groceries from the petrol pump next door and figure out how to cook in the tiny kitchenette, there was no way you would go out and eat anything, unless you drive or reach before 7.30 pm. Another thing to note is that most places are shut on Monday, including the restaurant located on the ground floor in the restaurant so carry supplies if you are there on a MOANDAY. So when you visit, don't expect too many luxuries for the price you are paying. Just go for the view and pray to god it doesn't piss for all the time you are there.
The view from the room was fantastic and the fact that it was walking distance from the beach was a bonus. If it was not raining non stop for the last 2 days that we stayed there, it would have been nice to spend some time at the beach. We also managed to have dinner at Fiasco Ristorante at the Harbour and the food was exceptional.

Canadaobviously some staff shortage issues like everywhere else- our designated room hadn’t been cleaned or serviced so back to reception to get another room. this place hasn’t had regular maintenance or money spent on it for years & is now sadly in need of major repairs & updating, its very tired. pleasant staff. if you stay check your room before taking your luggage upstairs. instant coffee pkts no creamer, no kettle, sliding doors hard to open & close, limited kitchen items but comfortable clean beds. restaurant specialises in deep fried. beach great for walking but dangerous current for swimming.
