To start with we couldn’t check in until 3:35 because the room wasn’t cleaned yet. We couldn’t book and room at the restaurant because the restaurant at the resort wasn’t open Sunday and Monday. We didn’t have internet and then when we asked about it, they gave us a wifi dongle that didn’t work. The hot water was out so we couldn’t even have a hot shower. The room had cockroaches

The bathroom was poorly renovated. The tap isn't even secured, it moves when you turn it on. Wasn't even cleaned properly, found a used soap on the spa that was dried up.

Lights could do with a clean, wall clock didn’t work and carpet was quite damp (as though it had been cleaned but hadn’t dried properly).

We booked for a spa bath room and the spa bath didn't work. After mentioning this on checkout no compensation was provided that what we had booked for was not provided. The room itself was in desperate need for some TLC, the paint job and chipped paint, dirty skirting boards, the hole in the wall near the bed which was half hidden by the bed side table, you couldn't open the cubored where the ironing board and full length mirror were because of the bed.

the room was so small you had to use the table on the balcony to eat breakfast. kitchen facilities for a serviced apartment- kettle ,toaster,microwave- woefully inadequate.car space was too small to fit car in.

Got Covid from this filthy hotel - DO NOT STAY HERE!

Filfthiest accommodation I have ever stayed at ! RATS running around the room at night keeping my young daughter awake all night! There was sand in the beds and other peoples hair in the sheets! The place had a damp off stench to it ! It was a terrible experience. The Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful when I reported this the next day! WOULD NOT NOT NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE EVER!!!! ITS DISGUSTING!!!!

The receptionist was not very helpful to start. The parking for our room was a nightmare to get in or out of if the car park was full, almost impossible if you have a large car. The room was not clean, I expected more consothe current situation with COVID. I had to use my own personal wipes to clean the door hands and even the doors as they were all grubby and sticky with seeing that I wiped down every touch surface in the room. The cupboard for the tea and coffee was coming off the wall. There was no shower curtain at all or even something to hang one from. The folding doors on the window from the bathroom to the bedroom has a large gap under them so you were able to make eye contact with the person in the bed (very unsettling) And we found a cockroach running around on 2 separate occasions. The door to the balcony was so hard to open we stopped trying to and just didn’t bother. The tv has a big scratch across the screen and was leaning forward, I think the stand was broken. When we tried calling reception there was no answer and with our plans whilst staying there they were closed when we left in the morning and when we got back in the evening so we were unable to get anything sorted. Would not recommend nor would we stay here ever again and we have stayed in some dodgy motels in a few countries and this was the worst!

We arrived a bit early and we’re not allowed to check in. even with 15 minutes to go I was told that the room still wasn’t available.The room backed onto a servo. the room wasn’t clean. we washed everything up before using. the aircon in our bedroom didn’t work. they knew too as an Aircon guy turned up day after we arrived. the dryer had broken parts, there was no airer, the fly screen to the balcony was broken. There was also some sort of police operation in the unit below ours were 5 officers attended,and a constant stream of police cars through the evening.

Service from reception, had no tv the first night of booking, said it would be fixed. Second night back to apartment still no tv fixed. Couldn't open the wardrobe door because of the bed in the way. No space where toaster and kettle where. Curtains did not cope with the sun coming up at 6.30am room was lit up. They need shaded full length curtains. Also no bulb in the bedside lamp.

Liked the spa bath but of course that's what we paid for

The apartment was in need of a renovation, and painting it looked old and worn ,the furniture and decor was drab, a milk bottle full of sand with a stick in it for a table centre piece, really?? Definitely not a executive luxury apartment NOT worth the money!!
