The place was dirty and old that had been glossed over. Old flat with a cheap makeover to look modern in desperate need of a deep clean. Uncomfortable beds and dirty carpet. Car parks were full of rubbish and old furniture. I was on a last minute trip but if I was in a holiday and saw the photos and then arrived I would be sorely disappointed.

The location in sapphire is really good - close to town and the beach.

Mattress has stains all over it and no protector.. towel rack was falling of the wall, door to balcony was broken and Extreemly difficult to open and close, DVD remote sticky taped together and didn't work properly was only given two towels and two rolls of loo paper for a 4 day stay was also Not provided a bin in the room.. Service on arrival was very dismissive and abrupt was not made to feel welcome at all wasn't given clear instructions about what was available etc all in all very disappointing...

The veiw was incredible and the spa bath was nice to lay back and relax in bed was comfy and big, room was nice and warm, restaurant down stairs at reception was amazing.

It needed some important maintenance such as sliding door was horrible noisy and a struggle to open.

The room was average for the price The next morning we woke to have a coffee there was coffee satchets but no milk ?! So had to brave the cold and go to the servo to find out there coffee machine was out of order so had to purchase milk from there

The view was all.

The first room we stayed in had a broken bed, we had no sleep because the bed was broken and coming apart all night. Then I asked to be upgraded, I was given another room but still had to pay for the first night in the broken bed. Second room was dirty, when I showed the receptionist the photos she said ohh well they will have time to clean now that it’s a slower season. Shocking, we went to the restaurant/bar for a drink, it was so dirty in the long area.

Room needs a lot of maintenance. Especially after talking to other neighbours. The pool wasn't heated kids very disappointed. No putt putt golf. There's a list of things wrong as shown in photo. The spa ath in the room didn't work.

The size of the room was good. The full size fridge was good, the view was good.

Apartment was filthy dirty, full of mould on curtains, air conditioning, ground & furniture stained, cupboards & cooking appliances very dirty, appliances damaged 😳had I not checked in after hours I wouldn’t have stayed. Spoke with the staff whilst checking out in the morning … they didn’t care.

I booked for five people and although there were places for five people to sleep there was no bedding for the sofa bed - sheets pillows or blankets and the plastic was still on the mattress on the sofa bed - there were only two towels for people to dry off with. There should have been at least five towels. There were condoms and what appeared to be used tissues left on a shelf in the main bedroom.

The position was good and the view from the balcony was gorgeous.

The lightbulbs didn't all work in the rooms. The light didn't work outside the entrance to the room so I didn't feel secure entering nor could I see properly. And when I tried to open the blinds the whole thing including rod came out of the wall and almost hit me on head. The rooms look much nicer on web than they really are. The rooms look tired need some love!

The receptionist upgraded my room when there was a problem with my original room. And the wait staff in the restaurant were all lovely! Food was not bad either!

They are advertised as executive apartments, but no executive would stay in something so understated. Very disappointing.The car parks were ridiculous, had trouble getting in & out of parking spot.

I had hoped to have a soak in the spa to ease my pains (I suffer chronic pain) but the jets weren't working. I made do with a hot soak in the tub, but would have LOVED the bubbles. Hydrotherapy.

Everything was great. The rooms suited our needs. Quite comfortable and had everything we needed. The only down side I can think of was that I was really looking forward to a nice soak in the spa, but the jets were not working at the time. Pretty disappointed with that part, but everything else was good. Thank you.

I booked a room with spa it didn’t work , toilet seat was extremely loose nearly sideways when sitting in it , bedside lamps didn’t work , and the hot water to top it all off was just just like me warm with no cold water. big stains on carpet next to bed , and wasn’t the cleanest of units for 160 a night , very disappointed.

we had a pull out bed. when we phoned reception for linen they bought us 1 blanket.. no sheets. no pillows. the door to our balcony was broken and wouldn’t close properly so the wind whipping through the door into the apartment kept us all away all night unfortunately

the location was great. the rooms appeared lovely. the facilities were what drew us there however the hun, spa and sauna were not available.

Our room wasn’t very clean- the carpet left our feet dirty and there was used soap left in the shower. The tv had been smashed by someone before us, ceiling cornice falling off, fridge covered in dints, and there wasn’t even milk in the fridge to use with the tea and coffee supplied, which was dreadful quality. Definitely take your own tea, coffee and milk. Beds were very uncomfortable, and the furniture took up so much space in the living/dining area that we couldn’t even pull all the chairs out to sit at the dining table - really bizarre jamming all that oversized furniture in. The apartments really need some attention to detail, and love.

Location is great, the pools are excellent and our children loved swimming there. The staff were very helpful, prompt and friendly.
