The home was spacious and had all the essential amenities. Absolutely loved having the garage with the pool table and television for the children. Location is perfect and close to the beach, shops etc. Owner is kind and responsive 🙂 would book again.

The house is just around the corner from the beach and is an easy drive from the hot springs. It was very well equipped, comfortable, clean and well renovated.

That we didn't have enough time to fully enjoy all that the house had to offer - this is a house that really needs a stay of a few days to make that possible.

A bit hard to get to, hidden away behind a lot of back alleys. Bit pricier than some alternatives but the place is definitely quality.

Facilities and location was great, exceeded expectations! The photos really don't do it justice, it has great indoor + outdoor areas for hanging out, plus a recreation room! Cutlery and crockery was also clean and very well laid out, all appliances + heater worked well. Nothing wrong with the place at all! It's also a quiet neighbourhood, so maybe don't come here to party, but for chilling near the beach, can't go wrong.

Paid $525 for a 1 night stay and also had to transfer $350 bond to the owners bank account!! Transaction was not via the Bookings website which was odd as it is not a hotel. There were 6 of us and the reason we booked this as it had 2 bathrooms. After travelling 10 hours by car, we arrived around 6pm and one of the showers was not functioning and we had to resort to 6 people lining up for 1 shower! Wasted a lot of time especially with 2 elderly parents who take much time for the shower process.I informed the host as we were not happy and also concerned about our bond! She said there's nothings could do! I have since requested compensation and owner refused so we paid $525 for 1 bathroom. The furniture was dusty outside and we sat down and were covered in dust. I got the 3rd bedroom which clearly wasn't used much as there was spider web/nest in the fabric crease in the pillow case corner! This obviously made us question when the bedding was changed. I have photos and videos to support the above.I ended up sleeping on the sofa!!! The owner had so many rules which we felt bombarded with, further hindering the comfort of our stay. The message or essay we received before our stay regarding house rules was excessive and shows that the owner has anxiety over having the house as a holiday home! This makes a bad host. The rules were then repeated at the house& checkout. We had to empty all the bins we used and replace them with new liners, take the bins out to the curbside, wipes all surfaces used, dishes washed and placed in cupboards etc and for bond to be returned property needs to be left in the same condition as we arrived. So check out morning meant that we all had to wake up extra early to start shower process and then do a full clean as if we were the cleaners. I respect not leaving crap about but this was excessive! Again, took away from the holiday feel! Location is average as you will need a car to get to the beach.

We went there with a group of friends, late night music was not allowed. The owner took all the deposit amount of 350 aud coz of late night music and we were 30 min late to checkout. The caretaker was rude not listening to anything.

House was nice and warm.

The linen on all three beds was of poor quality. They were thin, wrinkled and looked slept in. Both the pillows and sheets had hairs on them. We did not sleep well feeling that we were on dirty sheets.
