We did not use any items from the minibar in the room and confirmed this on checkout. However subsequently noticed a small charge to our credit card for items we did not use.

Well located property with friendly staff. Room and facilities were clean and within our expectations. Staff delivered a continental breakfast to our room the night before which was very convenient and meant we had the flexibility to start our day early the next morning. A full cooked breakfast was also available, if prefered, in the hotel downstairs. Good soundproofing with little noise coming from the hotel downstairs.

The sink in my room this stay was very small and hard to get under and no room to put toiletries. But previous stays other rooms have had a lot of bathroom space. only staying in a small room for work so not a big issue.

As I had a foot injury, having to go up and down the stairs was painful. But it wouldn’t be an issue if I wasn’t injured!

The very small handbasin at an angle difficult to clean your face. No room to sit (except the bed) to eat b/fast & the smallest bench space to put any b/fast items on. We used our suitcases.

Its location - near the beach & within walking distance to the fairy penguin colony. Breakfast in the room was a plus.

Bathroom basin very small and position under the cabinet made it difficult to use. Quite noisy.

The music down stairs was very loud till after 11pm, so that was the only complaint I have. But I guess it is a hotel and it is to be expected.

Check in was great. Room was very nice, clean modern and comfortable. Ordered room service from the Bistro and the service and food was fantastic.

Taxi service from airport, waited 1hour for taxi not good.

Veiw from my room ovetlooked the beach, amazing. Easy to get around everything close by. Liked the seating all along the streets, and waterfront boardwalk excellent.

The modern rooms are lovely considering the outside of the hotel looks quite dated. Perfect location being right on the beach with restaurants and supermarkets being in walking distance. Also easy walk to view the penguins coming onto the beach at dusk.

Tv was hard to get to work easily.

Firstly great location across from beach. Quiet. Large room with comfy bed, dining setting, tea making facilities, small fridge. Very updated with no ce bathroom. We had balcony off to the side. Continental breakfast excellent.

Arrived at the agreed check in time to be told that the room wasn't ready & wouldn't be for another 2 hours. Said it would have been nice to have been advised by any communication method. Meant we had to change all our plans for the day. We weren't offered storage for our luggage in the mean time either. I actually thought the washing machine would be in the room, not a communal one.

Loved the inclusive breakfast. Liked that the room could be cleaned each day, if required. Location excellent & the noise of the 'port' was minimal with the glazing. Comfy bed. Towels & toiletries replaced when asked for. Apart from the abruptness of the receptionist on arrival all the other staff were very nice.

The extreme noise from the tab/ bar area prevented me from getting to sleep. The music coming up from below to room 3 was terrible and consequently I would not stay there again despite everything else being excellent.

Room 8 u couldn't change the room temp the box thing was broken room 7 was great could set the room temperature to 30 and enjoy and room 8 door kept on making little noises when the fan was on for some reason

Free breeky nothing fancy or anything but still quite good. The cleaning team does a really good job one of the cleanest I've been too. Tv can be tricky to operate but hey I'm not australian or much of a telly guy Highly recommend if your in bernie stay here you won't regret it

Beds were very very firm . Staff forgot to bring our breakfast . Disappointing . Carparking hit and miss as hotel patrons use it

No lift which made it a bit more difficult with suitcases. But managed.

Location opposite the beach. Recently renovated rooms were excellent! Even thought the fireplace was fake, it was a nice touch!
