The location was very convenient. The house felt immediately welcoming, and we felt really at home. There was a beautiful, secure back yard. The host was very helpful in suggesting local restaurants and attractions.

Fantastic location, close to beaches, shops and takeaway food. Well equipped kitchen, nice bathrooms and comfy beds. Great for families, with a separate self contained area downstairs. Enclosed back yard, great for the dog. Walkway to marina, beaches, Rockwall, shops opposite the house.

The crockery and utensils were dirty, everything needed a clean. Lots of dog hair and dust inside the home, looks like someone with a large fluffy white dog has recently been there! Cleaner needs to throughly give the place a spring clean.

The location of the property is perfect! The house itself is spacious and quaint!

The guest soap and shampoo and conditioner could be a little more better quality/ generous. Next time we will remember to bring our own. 😊

We loved that it was an original little beach shack with some much character. It's so cute!! Loved that it was easy to access and it's just a short stroll into town. Being dog friendly meant we could bring our dog along on our family holiday which is a must for us.

Saying the yard was fully fenced on the website was fine for large dogs but our small ones could get through the sheep wire fence which meant we couldn't leave them unsupervised. A roll of chicken wire over that would solve the problem. Also, it wasn't advertised on the website that dogs weren't allowed in the house and one of ours had recently had surgery and we couldn't leave it alone at night. Plus the mention of snakes is a bit of a worry for very small dogs like ours. Calling it Beached at Yamba is a bit misleading. We thought we'd be closer to the beach.

The accommodation was fine. We were very comfortable. The back yard was beautiful with some ancient old trees.

A well presented spacious property that fitted our family of 4 adults and 2 children beautifully. It has a well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedding, great balcony with a bbq and a large back yard. Overall it is very well maintained inside and out.

Spacious and modern, air conditioned and fans needed. clean and well set out. Pretty central to most things. Our 5yo rode his bike to skate park and park and river and easy drive to Angourie.

Fairly disappointed that there wasn't an oven,which is listed as one of the appliances in the kitchen.As we were arriving in the afternoon I brought from home our dinner that just needed to bake in the oven,so we could all relax and catch up over a glass of wine.Not exactly sure how many meals you can prepare with a cooktop and a bbq.That would be my only complaint
