The furniture could do with some sprucing up, but otherwise, facilities and amenities are in good condition.

Hassle-free stay. It is a great location right opposite Flynn's beach, with stores, bottle shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. Friendly staff, nice pool and the property is very spacious. Linen, mattresses and beds were clean. Perfect for families.

Air Con stopped working Saturday evening, and no one to report or get it sorted.

We didn't use the two balcony areas because the furniture and the flooring were dusty.

The apartment was spacious and in a great location. My family didn't use the pool.

The room had a very musty smell each time we walked in after being out for a few hours. This was easily combated with some room spray. I would suggest that the air con filter just needed a good clean.

The lounge area was large with room for 5 to sit comfortably. The bed was comfortable. We also enjoyed the spa bath. The patio area was a good size with table and chairs with direct access to the pool.

Nothing, we found it hard to fault anything!

Our unit was lovely and spacious and very clean. We loved the location, very close to good restaurants, cafes and a gorgeous patisserie 2 minutes walk from our unit. Flynn’s Beach is just across the road and town just 5 minutes drive. We would definitely stay there again, very good value for the money!

There were nice timber tables and a coffee table in the apartment that had been treated with a wax or something. The treated product was sticky, and papers etc sort of stuck to the tables.

The apartment was well presented, and clean. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. One of my sons wanted to take home the comfy coach. The solar heated pool was great, and the location to cafes and shops was very handy. Flynn's beach across the road was an easy walk and a very nice patrolled area to spend time. The major shops where only a 10 min drive away. Secure parking was very handy.

I found the shared verandah a bit weird in the rooms my family stayed in. It would be good to have some privacy structures to petition it a bit. Luckily no other families were there to bother them and vice versa.

Needs a refresh . Painting and curtain have holes in. Could have found a toilet seat that fits surely ?

1. Request to separate recyclable rubbish but only 1 bin was provided in the kitchen. 2. Request to dispose all rubbish into Yellow and Red bins when vacating property was rather unusual. Otherwise there is a fine about $30. 3. A lot of house rules, e.g. make sure to do all washing when vacating property. Had to call staff and clarify, apparently they meant to wash dishes.

Convenient location. Nice restaurants/cafes withing 1-2 min walk. Beach was just across the road. Lovely ocean views. Didn't mind the stairs (it was clearly outlined on their Booking.com page). Good size apartment. Free secure parking. Comfy beds and pillows. Clean bed linen.
