Would have liked some shelving or drawers in the wardrobe as you can’t really unpack for a longer stay when there are only a few clothes hangers provided.

It had the bare minimum for a comfortable stay, nothing more, nothing less. Given the location I feel it has potential to be a really special place to stay. Some updated furniture and thoughtful touches would make the place feel a lot more homey and welcoming (and worth the price). I will also advise future guests to byo pillow if you prefer a low-medium height as the pillows provided were very high and gave me a sore neck.

There was no WiFi in the room/on the park. The big tv blocks the view and was, in our opinion, unnecessary.

The location and view were amazing! We also loved the privacy of the villa and all the wildlife around. We saw a couple of walibis around the villa at dusk and dawn and two big koalas in the tree tops!

The lock on the front door was a little unsafe because my 3year old was able to open the door at any given time from the inside. It would have been great to have a hook latch up high just for extra safety. The dining table was very sticky and even after I gave it a clean it was still sticky and there were dead flies everywhere, otherwise it was a great place to stay.

The view was exceptional, location was amazing. The unit was in bushland with awesome views of the beach.

Stayed in Krambruk. Needs a thorough vacuum. Dead bugs behind the couches and the light fixture in the bathroom had cobwebs/leaves in it. Fan in toilet extremely dusty. The soap holder in the shower is also broken. Probably just need super glueing. Maybe provide washing machine liquid if you have those facilities as people won’t think to take it themselves.

It was a bit disappointing that there was no wifi, although we understood it was a limitation of Telstra’s service. The GuestAssist wouldn’t work either which was frustrating.

Loved the location! Even though it was a bit of a drive from the beach, we had a lovely view of it from the balcony. We also had a friendly kookaburra come visit us each day which was a delight! Natasha was also very helpful.

The booking was more or less contactless, and I only spoke to the manager to ask if I could park my car elsewhere on the property, which was ok. The car parking spot in front of our unit was difficult to back into as there were wooden logs on each side to indicate the beginning and end of the adjacent units. After that parking was no problem.

The view was great from the top looking down onto the water and all the vegetation, as the property was higher up off the main road. Also the fact that there was an upmarket restaurant a few metres beneath the Beaconpoint Ocean Villas was appreciated by us.

Sofa uncomfortable and too low. Not all light globes working. Resort roads still a nightmare . Hope you can soon afford to fix them.

We've stayed in a 2 bed before (Otway). This time at the one bed, stand alone, Sheoak just one night. Great view, and as I'm not currently good at walking, this was a good choice. Easy contactless free check in. Kitchen utensils a bit lacking. Bed good. Koala sleeping on a gum tree on the way in.

Not really an issue I guess, as we were on holiday however the lack of WIFI was noted as I had poor phone reception. I am sure it is just my carrier, but it make booking activities online difficult.

Great location and views. Very quiet and easy driving distance to Apollo Bay. Best part was waking up in the morning with the views. Short walk to a great restaurant.

I really wanted to love this place more given its just such a beautiful spot and the cabin is certainly comfortable, however there were a few things which I feel could have been better. Even though it's totally self contained, It would have been nice to have a few pantry staples such as cooking oil and paper towel. Washing detergent would have also been good along with some pegs. Also for a stay longer than 3 days a fresh change of towels mid week and a toilet paper top up would have been appreciated. I'm also glad we were a family and not two couples as the two bedroom cabin is not suitable for this.

Wild koala just outside the back window!! This is 10 minutes out of Apollo Bay, but the kitchen lets you prepare breakfast to save money. Beautifully quiet. The view is wonderful! Make sure you have a quiet drink in the back courtyard around sunset to make the most of the view, before heading to the restaurant in Apollo Bay for dinner.

Decorations are a little tired and the cleaning was not great, dust on some surfaces and there was a smell of smoke from the wood burner. There was wood, firefighters and matches by the wood burner so we lit it on the first night (cold evening), the next day all the wood was taken away and ‘do not use’ message posted on the front, all without any explanation.

Peaceful bushland setting on the hillside with magnificent ocean view, and koalas up in the trees. Fireplace with wood supplied was wonderful for our chilly visit.
