nothing to dislike.

we had a lovely stay with our nearly 4 year old. Linda had left a lovely breakfast meal for us with Bacon, eggs, milk and sourdough and a range of cereals and jams. There was a yummy cheese platter for us in the fridge and a bottle of wine! Coffee machine with pods was an added bonus as were the chocolates. kangaroos and ducks on the property which my 3 year old loved! Excellent location!

The location was fabulous. I wasn’t expecting such a good location and villa. Very clean and the owner very nice and helpful. Also enjoyed having kangaroos very near us.

Pool was dirty..full of bugs and obviously didn’t get cleaned daily. Because we lost a ear and the next day we found it in the pool at the bottom

The rooms were beautiful and spacious. The view was amazing. Also couldn’t believe that they gave a cheese platter, full carton of Milk, eggs and wine complimentary.

The breakfast was incredible, great sized bedrooms and bathrooms, lovely to see board games and Netflix, saw lots of kangaroos, amenities was incredible and location was 10/10 especially since we didn’t have a car.

The facilities, the little touches that were available- Chocolates next to your bed, bacon, eggs crusty bread, board games, it was the perfect break and walking distance to several wineries, the gardens etc! Honestly relaxing at the villa alone would even be the perfect break!

We loved our stay in the villa. It was comfortable, spacious and clean, and there were lots of little extras included such as wine, a cheese tray, chocolates and breakfast items. It was very central to the places we were visiting and we had kangaroos to watch only metres away from our door. We would definitely stay again.

Felt all was good.

It was a wonderful place for 2 couples. Nice space, kitchen and separated 2 sides with bathroom and bedroom. The most wonderful part was watching the wild kangaroos from the porch.

We truly found no complaints with this property.

The presentation was very good, it was clean and comfortable and we were extremely pleased to find that they provided a selection of welcome groceries to make our stay very pleasant and that the accommodation was fully equipped with everything we needed. The BBQ facilities were excellent and very clean. Overall It was a great stay over the new year period.

Mozzies but its summer

Everything about this Villa. Location was minutes away from the event we were attending and we loved that. Only 10-13mins away from Cessnock. The villa was very comfortable and cosy, the kids loved it. Breakfast included was definitely a bonus. I was able to have a spa bath, its been years and loved it. The older boys loved their space next door and unfortunately, I left 2 of their bags at the Villa but was able to arrange to have them returned to me 2 days later. I contacted the host Linda straight away after I realised, and she was able to confirm they were there and met with my friend in Newcastle to return our belongings. Luckily, my friend does Newcastle delivery run Tuesdays and Thursdays. Thank you Linda for EVERYTHING! I will definitely come back for a girls weekend away or family trip.

A great location. Great sized rooms and comfortable villa. The breakfast was a godsend and lovely. We enjoyed the pool and the tennis too. A quality experience that added to our holiday.

One chair seat was broken, as was one internal light switch. Standard earlier check in would be good.

Very well stocked, lovely food selections. Comfy beds. Convenient location. Play equipment on site was great too. Host was very easy to communicate with and very helpful.

Only thing that was missing was a scourer/brush to do the dishes and a t-towel for drying the dishes,

Easy access to property, property was spotless and great responsiveness from host. On arrival there were welcome chocolates, bottle of wine. and lovley local cheese platter. Fresh bread, eggs and mlk and great selection of cereals. Excellent location and facilities were also fantastic for family with a 11 year old and two 7 year olds. We enjoyed the BBQ area with extended family while the kids happily swam and played in the playground. Was also great to have the kids close to us at night but in a seperate bedroom to us.
