I was charged for linen (and still had to make my own bed) but it was not included in the price displayed when I booked and wasn't reflected on my receipt. I realised later I'd been charged more when I saw my bank statement. These charges should definately be made clear upfront because this left a bad taste in my mouth. Disappointingly, the fine print hid more charges and misled me about the value of this stay compared to other options. After booking, I realised you have to clean the whole property top-to-bottom to avoid more fees (a really long list of chores is on the table for you or risk being charged $85 per room!). Lastly, it was cheap because after all those fees it didnt even provide soap and only provided one toilet role for 4 people over 2 nights.

The mattress in one of the rooms was SO old a lumpy and was probably from 1982 along with the pleather bed head. ALL of the pillows were flat as a pancake. The lounge was just as uncomfortable to sit on. I also kinda resent the fact that there was an $80 cleaning fee (we chose to clean ourselves.) There was no soap in the shower which I guess I just expect some little complimentary soaps or liquid body soap. I also feel like all the photos were misleading and don’t think we got what I originally had booked. I know it’s a long weekend so prices are a bit more but it definitely wasn’t value for money, everything in the apartment was so tired.

So disappointed to pay $85 for cleaning fee. We cleaned the kitchenware and all floor, except tidy up the bed. They should point out what standard they expected. Also we booked 3 people with 3 bedrooms apartment, they locked one of bedroom because we are three people lived in. They gave the third room's key after we asked.

No air-conditioning and it was needed. The fan in the lounge room is terrible and one in the ceiling of the room is required. No where to hang towels or hand towel in bathroom. The taps in kitchen need fixing. A hot plate would be ideal or advise tenants to bring one.

Hidden fees, not included in Booking.com's "Total cost". Extra fees were $12 PP for linen, $85 cleaning fee and $400 bond (this was returned very quickly after departure). Fees only mentioned in fine print and not included in the total, payable after booking made. Communication from the host was abrupt, rude and one or two word replies only. Bed was not made before arrival. Towels provided were extremely low quality and very old and no hand towel provided. Furniture and fixtures were low quality, including "DIY" style shelving in bedroom. Overall atmosphere was cold and uninviting. Though affirdable, this accommodation was not good value for money, taking these issues into account.

No extras provided. Most rentals offer free tea/instant coffee, shampoo and body wash. It was a bit disappointing that this place did not offer any of that as we were caught off-guard.

In the unit on the table... there is a direction to clean up the unit before checkout, it's very detailed. If you aren't properly done., the cleaning fee applies for $85 hourly... procedure sheet said. No air condition, and wifi didn't work. I've messaged to connect to wifi. But never got a reply from stuff. Bed making is selfservice. Lines are $12 each person extra charge, excluding room fee. It's mention and find out after you made booking. Did not feel cozy to accommodate., unfriendly and unwelcome feeling.

Wi fi was very poor. We were very frustrated. And although we knew there wasn't any air-conditioning in villa there is only a fan in there, we were lucky it wasn't hot weather otherwise we wouldn't have coped. Also when I booked I thought we would have ocean views but I only saw glimpse of ocean views from far distance. So I was disappointed. But that was ok. I got over it. So if you don't mind cleaning when you leave bc thats the strict rule otherwise cleaning fee is $85 per hour, if you dont mind poor wifi and hot weather. Then this place is ok. Just bring your own pillows.

The villa is modern and spacious. A short drive to town and to the beaches.

The bed was saggy and the pillows were way to saggy too.. very very soft. Only 2 pillows were provided. No spare pillows available and bedside drawer to leave the phone and other personal items would have been very handy. Walls very thin, You could hear the other people next door.

Handy location and away from all the noise . A short drive to busier Huskisson. Overall not too bad a spot for a quiet night before heading off the next day. Unfortunately the bed and pillows were way too saggy so I did get a good night sleep..😒. Other than that no complaint about the rest of the facility as an overnighter
