Would be good if a toaster and microwave were in the rooms as well as some utensils and plates.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Pool was awesome and clean. Great atmosphere.

Deluxe room wasn't that great, especially the bathroom. It was old, toilets didn't flush well. Shower area body wash was empty for some reason.

Villa Room was spacious and clean, Beds were comfortable, and the pool area was great. Had plenty of parking space. Loved the welcome package.

Shower pressure was very poor and temperature not consistent (probably because of poor pressure)

Dinner was sensational - had the kangaroo, massive serve and very well cooked and seasoned. Breakfast was great but quite slow as kitchen was understaffed for holiday season.

Great location, across from the murray and a good coffee shop, in the heart of the riverland too so close to Renmark, Loxton Barmera and in the heart of berri. Great spot and would stay again, staff were really helpful.

I can’t think of anything we didn’t like

It was very good. Excellent staff. A welcome pack that consists of free alcoholic drinks, water, chocolates and chips! Great food.

It would be nice to have regularly contacted surfaces wiped during clean between customers ie controllers, handwashing pumps, switches, taps etc I say this only because the handwashing pump in my room was a little muddy from the last person - but it was minor in the grand scheme of things 😊 Beside that nothing to say negatively at all - more just an additional suggestion 😊 But the hotel room felt very clean overall!

The beds were comfy and soft but not saggy like a lot of hotel beds can be. However they were Quite soft - so if you prefer a firm bed if you have back issues I’d rethink. However otherwise very comfortable stay. I also appreciated the free water and chips and the cool air con!

Room booked for three people. However only 2 cups and 2 glasses 2 kitkats etc. Reception was closed but restaurant staff very helpful in providing extra requirements. 😀

Would be good to have a few more pieces of crockery e.g. plates, bowls plus more cutlery and maybe even a microwave. Given that its a family room I'm sure a lot of people would be trying to feed hungry kids in the room!!

Spacious room with incredibly comfortable bed. Friendly and fast service by the staff. Air-conditioning works beautifully. Complimentary snacks and drinks were a nice surprise! Thanks.

Limited bench space in the bathroom for toiletries and clothing, to keep dry, whilst showering

Primary reason to be in Berri was for my elderly Mother to see her long time friend in St Catherine's Home. For this purpose the 2 bedroom Villa with Wheelchair access facilities, kitchenette and outdoor area was excellent

Staff were not friendly or welcoming, the lady who was at the reception was rude, no smile on the face, said issue with my booking.com. Number of guest were mismatched, that’s not my fault, I got the correct confirmation from booking.com. at breakfast the staff charged full adult price for kids meal, I clearly mentioned want 2 kids becon and egg, she asked what. I said pouched, she asked, pouched eggs for both kids? I said yes, when she was bringing the plates I saw they were adult size, then I checked the bill and realised charged for adult price, she said I don’t here properly,, need to hire friendly staff,
