It was quiet and calm. Staff helpful and friendly whenever I needed assistance with my enquiries.

The beds could be more comfortable Quite springy. Possums came really close to us, so it was hard to sit outside for as long as I would’ve liked. No washer and dryer in the family rooms.

Loved the indoor gym and pool and especially the pool depth and spa. Parking was great, the little verandahs on each room are great to relax and feel closer to nature. Laundry service on-site Great cleaning service and prompt housekeeping, great for families with kids who want to swim all the time.

Nothing the hotel could help lol there were spiders and possums were quite aggressive at night when chilling outside room.

Staff go above and beyond, was locked out - they were prompt to open at 10.30pm Customer service was great! Irene knew I was already booked for next day and managed to get me and the kids checked in early. Thank you Irene!

The room we stayed in was verry big and aircon was working extreamly well. The staff are super firendly and helpfull also have great knowledge of the area.

Didn’t like the highly scented smell that was present in the room. Management should be aware of many people who have asthma and are sensitive to perfumes - it was very overbearing and uncomfortable. Shower base worn and a little dirty looking.

Room was standard but okay. Good location and nicely maintained surroundings. Reception staff very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

The facilities were a little dated and the refrigerator plug had come loose leaving it off, but generally we were very happy.

The outlook was good, to the north with a quiet outdoor sitting area. The bed was very comfortable.

Kitchnette was a bit cramped.

Room was cozy but the motel was well presented greeen and leafy. The indoor pool was terrific and a nice cool down after walks to the beach and mall.

From inside room 45, traffic noise from Tanti Road was slightly intrusive during the daytime, But closing all the windows and sliding doors minimised it to a bearable level. At night, however, traffic noise was almost non-existent, and not an impediment to a restful night's sleep. Also, the bathroom floor tended to 'flood' while shower was in use. Towels had to be placed on the floor as barriers to stop splashing water spreading beyond the confines of the shower area and becoming a potential slipping/falling hazard.

Room was quite large and comfortable especially for a studio unit.

Minor things like: No appropriate kitchen bin/recycling. Extra shelving in kitchen would be good. Fridge shelving rungs too wide - minimising item sizes. No carport for car protection.

Comfy and large beds. Bonus, in room spa bath. Generous room space. Easy walking to pier/beach and Main St cafes and shops. Nice outlook/gardens and courtyard. Workable kitchen. Large Pool and spa were just warm enough.
