Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaI had a balcony for my room but it had obviously not been cleaned for a long time and that spoiled the opportunity to sit out there in the warm sun, particularly when I specifically asked for a room with a balcony. I missed not having a shower cap available to use in the bathroom.
I was pleasantly surprised at the comfort of the room. You could not do anything about it but the bed was a bit soft for my liking. I needed to get a significant amount of work completed and I found it was the perfect place to achieve this - no distractions and dinner was served, I did not have to stop to make it. I exceeded the goals I had set for myself and this was very pleasing. I would certainly return to Hotel 115.

AustraliaWe found the Hotel to be a great location. Lovely decor, friendly and helpful staff. The beds were very comfortable had a great night sleep as I had had a medical procedure done I needed a good comfortable bed and we were not disappointed at all. We sat out on the Balcony had a wine before going done to the Hotels Restaurant. Again staff very friendly meals were beautiful, My husband had the steak and I had Calamari, Nice Glass of House Red followed by yummy Sweets Sticky Date Pudding and Apple Crumble YUMM!

We often stay at 115 when in the city. It's conveniently placed for us in Kew but has a bigger hotel feeling. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. We love being able to open the sliding door and not have to sleep with an air conditioner.
