The mattress needs to be replaced rolls to the centre, not suitable for two people.

This was the nicest room I have stayed in at this motel. Definitely much more modern and comfortable than the standard queen rooms. Very nice new bathroom and well sized desk for working.

The marketing and price on this place compared to others in town made us think we were getting something better then what is delivered. Our room was drab and dusty. Booking website showed baths available, so requested one to be told they dont have any, yet other reviews online including baths?? Breakfast looks to be buffet when booking but were disappointed to find out it was only continental and option to pay extra for hot food. Bed was way too soft, could feel the base board underneath. We planned on staying 2 nights initially but moved on after the first as we were disappointed.

Good location, really enjoyed the restaurant for dinner, lovely food and staff.

Unfortunately our son had a really bad reaction to the pie he ate at the restaurant and he was up (as were we with him) vomiting then with diarrhoea. The shower nozzle spat water all over the bathroom floor which we couldn't change. The pool and pool area was "tired" and quite disappointing, so we didn't use it.

Staff were friendly and helpful. It was close to shops which was helpful. It was great that it was pet friendly.

The bed was super close to the sofa. The trucks changing gears and traffic noises which made for an interrupted sleep The breakfast staff whilst friendly were visibly flustered. There was no hot water in the urn, no milk left, bowls for cereal or plates for toast

The picture of the outside of the hotel do not represent the rooms themselves. Quite the contrast. Very out dated and old rooms. Our shower leaked into the hallway. We could hear a dog barking all night in an adjacent room. Room smelled of cigarette smoke.

Affordable pet friendly accommodation which is always clean and tidy. The Continental breakfast which is included is an added bonus as is the off lead dog area behind the pool where the pups can run around after being in the car all day
