Our room toilet was broken, but hotel staff fixed it right away.

Unfortunately our son had a really bad reaction to the pie he ate at the restaurant and he was up (as were we with him) vomiting then with diarrhoea. The shower nozzle spat water all over the bathroom floor which we couldn't change. The pool and pool area was "tired" and quite disappointing, so we didn't use it.

Staff were friendly and helpful. It was close to shops which was helpful. It was great that it was pet friendly.

The bed was super close to the sofa. The trucks changing gears and traffic noises which made for an interrupted sleep The breakfast staff whilst friendly were visibly flustered. There was no hot water in the urn, no milk left, bowls for cereal or plates for toast

The picture of the outside of the hotel do not represent the rooms themselves. Quite the contrast. Very out dated and old rooms. Our shower leaked into the hallway. We could hear a dog barking all night in an adjacent room. Room smelled of cigarette smoke.

The TV was old could only get minimal channels. Considering times are changing you would think having a smart tv in every room would be standard.

We were right next to the road, it was quite noisy and some one attempted to break into our car

Affordable pet friendly accommodation which is always clean and tidy. The Continental breakfast which is included is an added bonus as is the off lead dog area behind the pool where the pups can run around after being in the car all day

AC wasn’t cooling that well. No free/welxome bottles of water in the room, it was a very hot day that Saturday 9th of December. Although the staff was quick to bring a jug of iced water in our room. Not smart TV . No apps like netlix at least.

Room is clean and bed comfortable. The restaurant in the facility and its staff are good. Menu and food is very good. Staff friendly .

Friendliness of staff at reception and in the restaurant The meal was fantastic. I had to leave early so the chef brought over a continental breakfast on the evening before my departure. There was a heatwave during my visit and I greatly appreciated the pool and excellent air conditioning.

Parking was horrendous!! Room needs a serious update including lamps that had sparking electrical switches and not working. Shower head was not working properly and the TV extremely old. Way too expensive for what the room actually is. To be fair, I stayed here at the beginning of the year and there were no problems with the accommodation, something must have changed in those 8 months.

Location to the city centre. Check in was made easy by lovely staff

The bed matrass was too soft.

Staff were Very Friendly, Great Location close to town centre and restaurants, rooms were clean and quiet. Breakfast was delicious.
