The bathroom was quite small but that is to be expected for the price. It is also a bit far away from the city centre if you are relying on public transport.

Much nicer on the inside than expected, lots of space in the room and the bed was very comfortable. Contained a mini fridge and microwave. Excellent for the price.

Included breakfast was basic, and wasn't available until I knocked on the door. I ended up not eating the included breakfast, because a toasted sandwich isn't my idea of a hot breakfast.

A small table and 2 chairs rather than the little couch would have been more useful. I made a special request querying the charging facility for EV. They LIED saying they had this. Does NOT exist. Very disappointing. Front of house staff also need training. Very poor.

The room was clean and comfortable, especially for one person. Nice big bed, almost new small bathroom. Microwave and mini fridge with some crockery. Nice trees in entrance and carpark

Some worn furnishings - curtains & carpet. There was no table to sit at in the room. Just a couple of worn chairs, but there was room for a table also.

Clean, safe, comfortable and free parking. Great for a stop on a road trip. Easy late night check-in. Great size room. Up to date bathroom and great neutral smelling toiletries. Tea & coffee making facilities - perfect for getting in late after a long drive.

- The toilet didn't flush properly and there was faeces floating when we check in. We had to flush 6-7 times to get rid of it. - The bedroom can be quite dark and one of the light didn't turn on properly. - The balcony was filled with leaves and spider webs.

Staff are friendly, the room is accomodating for family with bunk bed. It's okay to sleep overnight. Luckily the bedsheets and towels are clean and spotless.

Aircon couldn't be switched off so had to put up with its noise all night.

When we arrived late on a Friday night, our room had the TV on and the bins hadn't been empty. We were a bit confused - were we in someone else's room? The sheets seemed clean though so we didn't say anything. However the room was not serviced again until Monday. On Sunday we had to go to the front desk to ask if we could empty our garbage, and they sent someone around to collect it; but it just wasn't good enough to have a full bin when we first arrived at the property. The location is not great. The nearest shops are 10 or 20 minutes away; and while there's a bus stop that is closer, it takes a long time to get anywhere, as you have to take the bus into the city interchange and then change busses then. So if you're using public transportation be prepared for it to take an hour to get anywhere.
