Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaIt would be good to have the kitchenette with a few extra basic things such as a small sharp knife, a chopping board, a microwavable dish and microwavable food cover.
Enjoyed the size & cleanliness of the room with comfortable bed, table & chairs, wardrobe and good shower and kitchenette. Aldi and IGA 5 minutes away. Very easy to walk to many Sydney sights. On site cafe with great coffee and good value for money breakfast menu. Also open for lunch on weekdays even though we usually ate near places we were visiting such as Art gallery, or Australian museum or Botanical Gardens.

SingaporeDoors are not with a good sound proof, so something you could hear your neighbours coming and even other room noise, as moving something. For voice we did not hear much. Bathroom is better to use heating, in other case quite fresh and humid

MalaysiaIt's a pretty old hotel. There was a carpet smell in our room. It wasn't too bad but noticeable when I first entered the room.
Location was fantastic. Very near to the Museum train station next to Hyde Park. The bed was firm and comfortable. The toilet has a warm light which is quite comfortable after a shower.

Only stayed one night. The hotel was easy to find. Quick and easy check in. Staff were friendly staff. Room was larger than expected and the bed was very comfortable.
