The microwave in our cabin seemed to have a mind of its own, the tv dvd player didn’t work and overall cleanliness was pretty grubby. The range doesn’t look like it’s ever been cleaned. There was food scraps in the lounge, cooking equipment needed to be cleaned before we could use it.

Property is perfectly located on the river. Beautiful to take a drink and go sit beside.

Stayed in a standard cabin it was nice and comfortable but as we have found with nearly all accommodation of this type in other parks. Previous guests leave most of the cookware dirty after use

Excellent location right on the goulburn river the park had a food truck set up on some nights mainly thu/fri/sat i believe with some nice food. Close to eildon town and the lake. Also thornton pub is just 5 minutes away.

Dirt under lounge cushions, cob webs in toilet. Fridge leaked water.

Room is tired, needs upgrade even just a fridge with shelves that aren’t broken and more than one fridge shelf would be good too. Couch looks very tired and old and grubby in appearance but the cabin was def clean. Also arriving so late it was very hard to find the cabin as not enough outdoor lighting to see where your going clearly.

Could do with a thorough spring clean. Lots of dust, especially on ceiling fans. Bath / shower had a dirt ring around it. Also pink mold is present around the shower screen. Airconditioning was leaking water onto kitchen bench. No wooden spoon or tongs, or a frypan. Food caked in prongs of forks, food still on grater. I needed to clean these before I could use them. Small milk in the fridge expired in October 2023. Not a negative: Would have been nice if the deluxe cabins over river rather than the main road.

The deluxe cabin was a good size. The bed was comfortable. Good size fridge. Nice big couch and dining table. Air-conditioned.

I ended up paying more than I was quoted in the phone. I used booking.com but spoke to a man at the park who agreed on me paying $650 for my stay. When I arrived there was no note and he wasn’t there. I ended up paying an extra $150 to what I was quoted/promised

The pet and human hair on the bedroom carpet. Even after asking for it to be recleaned it wasn’t much better. Park facilities could do with an update.

The delux cabin was well set up, beds extremely comfortable and linen excellent. Being a dog friendly park it’s a pity their vacuum cleaners aren’t suitable.

Bed was very soft through the middle causing the hips to drop in any sleeping position.

I really liked that I had my own budget cabin out front and away from the main park. I do like peace and quiet. 😜 The cabin was perfect for what I needed and that was a place to sleep for the night as I was out for most of the days spend up there.

the cabin we stayed in was clean enough but just felt like it’s time for a really good scrub

the cabin was comfortable and the facilities were great. we stayed here for a week while our house was completed and it was perfect for what we needed. play ground was nice and the kids enjoyed the pump track and the pool. we won’t need to come back because we live in the area now but will definitely recommend to others!

Quality of utensils supplied - All non stick utensils supplied in kitchen had their non stick washed away and were rusted. Staff did change them on request but could have avoided this situation by proactively keeping better utensils. Also the quantity of plates, cups etc was very less - you would need to wash after every meal to use them for next meal and there were no diswashers.

Compact but clean cabin with everything we needed for a one night stay, only a few min out of town. Staff were friendly and arranged for a very easy after-hours check in with no fuss.

Jumping pillow flat and the rooms had old sox in the corner that were hard to find for the cleaners...

The cabin was roomy and beds were comfy, the wildlife...The staff at reception were superb!

This is our 2nd stay. probably a little too small for the 6 of us 3 adults 3 children in a cabin. We’ll go for the deluxe one next time. no power sockets in the bunk room. bring extension cable next time.

Quiet, right in the centre to nice remote places, right next to the river.
