The chalet really needs some upgrades. Didn't like the smell of an old flat, the floor looked dirty, old kitchen and worn out furnitures.

The bed was a little too firm for my back causing a little discomfort. Mostly quiet but our room was situated directly opposite reception so some parts of the day a little noisy with cars arriving, checking in and staff talking outside our room.

On the whole a lovely stay. Chalet was very clean. Walking distance to beach and close drive to shops. Staff very friendly.

It was a shame that the beautiful balcony looked directly out at a whole bunch of view-blocking SUVs (including our own) rather than say grass or parkland, but you can’t have everything.

We were thankful for the clean and comfortable accommodation, and everything that we needed was provided.

The water didn’t get hot enough for our kids to have a bath and the beds were super hard. Upon booking we asked for an early check in as we had a wedding at 2pm and would of liked to if gotten ourselves and our kids ready in our room and not at a family members caravan public bathroom, I even rang about 2 weeks in advice to confirm and was told that wouldn’t be an issue but upon arriving at 10.30 to check when it would be ready we were told it wouldn’t be done until around 2/3 so we were very disappointed at that as for nearly $200 a night and only getting to spend not even 20 hours there is a bit unfair.

The staff were super friendly and the rooms were clean.

It’s not a biggy and really not anything to dislike, we took some pre made meals that needed to be cooked or preheated in an oven, the rooms did not have one but did have a microwave. If you do prefer the oven to cook and preheat the camp kitchen does have one just need to plan incase of a line up

I thought my youngest would be okay on the trundle bed provided so didn't worry about the cot but had to use all the spare pillows in the room to fill in gaps so he was able to sleep on the bed safely which was a bit annoying but more of an oversight on my behalf. I do wish the couch was a bit comfier but we werent on it much so not a huge deal.

An excellent holiday park for the kids. Playground, jumping pillow and pool/splash pad were all close to our chalet so could see them if they walked ahead. Loved that it is dog-friendly so we didn't have to find sitters for them so we could go away. Located just 2 blocks away from the beach so a nice short walk/bike ride for our little family and easy to take the dogs for a quick walk too. Not far from the town centre and shops which was great.

The location. The pool was bigger than I expected, and so refreshing. The cabin is well appointed and comfortable. It even had toiletries. Fluffy towels and lovely bed linens Loved that it allowed dogs

Parking was an issue, at the front of the cabin with no room to drive to get out as you're either blocked in and can't get out, or you can't drive in for other cars parked outside their cabin. The only way in and out was to drive across roadside verge lawn. Toilet seat was broken. Leak from the shower thru onto the floor. Wardrobe door unusable, wouldn't slide.

One bedroom was really hot as it was a really hot day (jetty swim weekend). Although it had a ceiling fan & the villa had aircon, it remained hot well into the night. Maybe growing some bushes on that side or shade cloth would be the answer
