Limited space in the standard room. The microwave door was obstructed due to placement on limited space on top of the fridge. (You could relocate it to where the coffee items are currently situated). Limited parking space at the entrance before you check-in. Maybe include a kids pool.

Good location with easy access to the Mornington Penninsula. Easy access to nearby beaches. Plenty of kids play facilities. Staff very helpful.

The only thing I didn’t like was the distance to shopping centres and the beach BUT that’s not a reflection on the property AT ALL.

Firstly the staff are very friendly, approachable and helpful. The camp kitchen is great , nice clean bbqs and plenty of room for everyone. The pool, playgrounds and bouncy pillow are so good. I wish camp grounds had these when I was a kid 😃

This place needs to not only get a communications service tower but sort out their WiFi, other then the first night stay my phone refused to connect to the WiFi, something about not having an IP address; stuffed if I know (shoulder shrug). Other then that I have nothing but good things to say about the Big4, loved our experience

The only couple minor reasons I would deduct .25 stars is - there was a missing flush button on our toilet - tennis racquets had dodgy handles - no play area for small children 2yrs and under. (My 4yo child could use and loved everything). I think the addition of even a baby swing, or something similar would make the park perfect :)

I would give this park 4.75 stars 🌟 We stayed for 4 nights in a family cabin in late February 2023. The cabin was clean and neat with complimentary milk, and we appreciated the complimentary portacot. We enjoyed the park playground, tennis courts/basketball court, pool, and pump track. We didn't get time to try the park 4 wheel pedal bikes but seems they might be free to use with a Big4 membership, so if/when we stay again, will definitely use them! It was quiet, even on Friday with caravans coming in and out, and everything was mowed and manicured, and the public areas were very tidy.

When we checked in, we were told the wifi did not work. It would have been nice to be advised before we got there as it seemed to be a long standing problem. Would have been nice to be offered a free clothes wash or something similar to make up for it. The staff were good but it seemed like all they could say was ‘bad luck’ - a sincere ‘sorry’ would have been more appropriate.

The grounds were very well kept. The cabins have obviously been there awhile but are well maintained and clean. It had everything needed, was comfortable and roomy enough for two. There was plenty of cupboard space too.
