The wifi setup has to be improved, and additional staff training is needed in case a customer can't check in on time. Ensure that someone is waiting in the registration office for the clients to arrive and pass the key. Additionally, the previous email did not include instructions on how to check the location.

So far, the location has been quite tidy and peaceful. is a nice spot to unwind and relax.

The pillows in the budget cabins also having to use two fan heaters to warm the place. They could use a bit of an update. Also the laundry was very confusing as you have to pay with card or phone not that tech savy myself also the price $7 for washing and $7 drying when the dryers dont dry first time round cost $22 for not even a full load of washing

Stayed in budget cabin but there is no excuse for dirt & mould. Mould in shower & in wardrobe in main bedroom. Dirt on the floor of the cabin . Empty shampoo bottle pushed into exhaust fan in bathroom ? to stop vibration . Caretaker's comment was that the cabin was old & that he would advise Head Office of issue - sorry but as the Caretaker he should inspect the cabins. NOT GOOD ENOUGH

Waking up to no water for an hour and no notification from the staff/owners., We arrived very late and all we wanted was a coffee but there was no milk in the cabin, The car parking for our cabin was pathetic. We had a big van and it didn't fit the area allocated. I am a big person and I struggled so much to use the shower and toilet, they were all for skinny people

The fact that the microwave had to be unplugged to plug in the stove under the bench in the back of the cupboard, the bed was so uncomfortable that 2 single bed mattresses had to be put on the floor and that was more comfortable... slightly! Upon arrival, the fridge was turned off, open and a towel sitting in front of it.

Nice shady park, was a good location from town.

I booked a room for 2 adults and one 17 year old. it was a double bed and 4 bunk beds. when I got there they gave me a cabin with a double bed only. first they told me bad luck, then when I showed the booking he back peddled. he put me in another room 1 night, on the second night he put another double bed in the cabin so we had 2 double beds. he said we would not have to pay for that night. but he never gave the refund.

This review has been hidden because it doesn't meet our guidelines.

Told reception we would be a late arrival, when arriving we didn't receive a text for our code for our cabin key. we couldn't get onto anyone after hours. It was raining with restless kids from a 5+hour travel and there phones where not ringing. Found a key 30minutes later in a red mail box (sorry if this was your key). So thought we would go check the cabin out we empty and clean. Asked a person for the boomgate code to get our vehicle in.. Received a call the next morning asking where we where because we hadn't collected our key for our cabin. Worst experience won't be staying here again.

The table and chairs were uncomfortable maybe replace with a couch the bed didn’t have enough pillows I felt as though that for the money I paid we were not comfortable at all

I liked the location it was ideal within 10-15 minutes of where I was working but the comfort was a real let down the bed only had 1 pillow the table and chairs in the cabin were uncomfortable!
