Both cottages were situated in a beautiful estate, with a peaceful garden view from each. Roomy and comfortable, each cottage had everything you needed for an excellent stay. Frying up bacon and eggs provided by the hosts in the morning and enjoying them by the wood burning fire was a definite highlight. Would definitely recommend!

Television reception was very unreliable and unfortunately not all channels could be accessed. The curtains over the dramatic bay windows need some repairing. Some truck noise was apparent around dawn unfortunately.

From the outset, the owner Jenni, was so welcoming, thoughtful and ensured that one felt like a special guest. The cottage was surprisingly spacious with elegant decor and a sense of old-world ambience. So many thoughtful elements were apparent, including plentiful cooking and breakfast provisions provided gratis.

Absolutely lovely! Communication with the owner was fast and easy; the room itself was very comfortable and everything was walking distance from the B&B. My personal favorite were the two friendly labradors, that came to greet us and send us off as we left. Would definitely stay there again.

Some may find it tricky to climb into spa bath (as shower is over the bath) but it was ok for us. Be mindful of this when booking,

Quaint little cottage perfect for 2 people. Comfy bed, loved being able to have supplies left for us to make our own breakfast. Great communication from friendly host Jenni. Loved their 2 beautiful lab dogs that wandered the yard. A shame we were only staying 1 night.

The cottage and gardens were lovely. Jenni was very friendly and welcoming (She even sent a text to wish us a 'Merry Christmas', which was extremely thoughtful!). We absolutely loved our stay at Bindley House B&B and we will definitely stay again when next we are down from Qld.

I have travelled extensuvely on every Continent and Bindley House rates at the top of my list. The pictures don't do it justice. . Welcoming, very well appointed with attractive decor, very generously stocked kitchen and excellent breakfast. Great amenities. Huge bathroom with lovely big spa bath. Wonderful gardens and outlook. Very convenient position an hours drive from Melbourne. . A dream break. I couldn't have been happier.

It would be great if the skylight/window had a blind or optional cover but overall still definitely recommend the property.

Beautiful peaceful surroundings, the hosts thought of everything. Loved the little notes/instructions everywhere. The food for breakfast was very generous. And the fireplace was set out ready to be lit when I arrived.

The Cottage was absolutely breathtaking to stay in. I especially loved the window looking out into the night sky. The beverages and fresh food supplied was very generous and l highly recommend the host .
