Spacious modern property with balcony and large garden. Views over Emu Bay 2 minute walk. All facilities including very useful washing machine and dryer. Massive comfortable living space and well equipped kitchen. Perfect base for touring Kangaroo Island.

Only minor things - would be great if there was a ceiling fan in the main lounge room. 2 sets of keys provided but weren’t labelled so we didn’t realise one of the sets doesn’t open the front door. Had a moment of panic when we arrived home and couldn’t get in, but realised it’s for the back deck door and were able to go around the house and get in. No aircon in bedrooms but wouldn’t be needed for 10 months of the year.

Really nice place, even better in real life. Amazing view. Spacious, uncluttered and comfortable. Well appointed with coffee, tea, sugar, oil, salt & pepper etc. Large bathrooms. Nice big deck. Quick walk down to beach.

1. the host is very kind and friendly. 2. the hotel is in a great location, 5-10 minutes walk to the beach. One can also drive a vehicle to the beach. 3. The property has a great view of sea and is equipped with all the necessary amenities to make our stay very enjoyable.

Up until now, we haven't encountered anything displeasing or disagreeable. We were very pleased with everything about the beach house.

BBQ needed attention as when lit the fat underneath ignited, supply of coasters & place mats would be good thus preventing ring marks that were present, water glasses would be appreciated

Great view and was exceptional to watch the sun rise each morning. enjoyed the layout of the home and more than met my needs for the 3 days I visited Kangaroo Island.

It is in a great location and well appointed with everything you need Kitchen has everything you needed to cook. Sue is a great host we had a black out late in the day and Sue turned up with lanterns and water to see us through in the end SA Power repaired the lines before it went dark but we really appreciated Sue ensuring we were going to be ok
