Best location for getaway and chasing the Aurora. Comfortable beautiful and extremely clean home located in peaceful surroundings. Host made us feel welcome and provided ample of information about walks places to see local and Tasmania wide. Highly recommended.

Where can I begin!!! Patricia is one of the nicest hosts I have ever talked to. As I arrived later than anticipated, Patricia arranged and talked me through to get into the house without any issues. The house is brand new, very clean and exceptionally beautifull. It's located 20m from the beach and has an amaizing view of the bay. The house has all the amenities you will ever need.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

It was right on the beach. It was quiet. There are coastal walking trails right outside the door. Only a 15 minute walk to the store or cafe.

This is a beautiful new 2 story villa perched in the perfect location right on the beach. We watched dolphins skipping through waves, abundant birds & wildlife. Plenty of space in the villa. Great facilities, super comfy bed & views for miles! If you’re an Aurora fan, bring your camera & equipment because you have direct views straight down from South Arm to the southern horizon. Our wonderful host, Patricia is there on arrival to help you get your bearings & to ensure you have a wonderful experience at Blessington Villas!! We will absolutely be back. Just the perfect getaway! Make sure you do a grocery shop at Lauderdale on your way through. You will fall in love with the place! Enjoy ❤️

Everything was great! Just that the location is some ways away from Hobart city center, but the stay is definitely worth the travel time.

Everything! The very kind owner Patricia. She gave useful suggestions what to do and see in the neighborhood. And she kept me updated on the Aurora status. The view from the house is amazing and the location next to the beach is perfect. There is a nice walk along the coastline or on the beach. The house is nicely decorated, everything is new, the beds are very comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom are so good. Thank you Patricia for staying in your beautiful house.

well kept clean modern property in a wonderful area. Outstanding views of the Derwent, visited by seals, dolphin and a whale. Patricia went over and above to inform us of local walks and Sunday market. Great place to relax and wait for the Aurora Australis

Southern Lights is a brand new build and fabulous location on the beach overlooking Bruny Island. Huge windows for looking out for Aurora opportunities. Very friendly, thoughtful and informative host and well appointed kitchen. Highly recommend and hope to return in the near future.

Pat was an exceptional host. She made sure to go above and beyond for the the duration of my stay. Upon arrival, Pat explained the best places to visit in Tassie. Her beautiful villa was in a perfect setting overlooking Bruny Island. It's a great spot to see the Southern Lights (aurora). Unfortunately the weather was overcast, so were unable to spot them on this occasion. The villa was immaculately clean and tidy. I visited Strathgordon for the day (lots of hikes and waterfalls) on the West Coast. Pat was very accomodating and even let me store my luggage after the original checkout time, where I collected well into the evening. When I'm back in Tasmania again, I will not hesitate to stay at Pat's wonderful villa in South Arm.

We welcome by a very warm host, Pat. This unit is very clean and new where can have a great ocean view from kitchen and also a balcony where we get to take nice Aurora pictures from. Blessed that we able to find this beautiful place on our last day in Tasmania.Strongly recommend.

The owner Patricia was exceptional. She is so friendly and helpful. She provided me with many recommendations on places to visit. The property is exceptionally situated for those who want to capture stunning images of the Aurora and Milky Way. In the morning, you will be greeted with a great ocean view while you have your breakfast. The property is new, clean and extremely comfortable.
