Smell of fish in the fridge and freezer. Outside couch full of sand and not cleaned. Carpet in the bedroom very average and worn. Stained Pillows need replacing.

The fridge had a bad smell and was dirty. Could have wiped webs on ceilings. There was alot of ants in kitchen and main bathroom but I cleaned and sprayed the areas.

Was very comfortable and the set out was nice. Great internet.

Fridge, freezer, dryer are not in good working order. It takes ages to get drinks cold. Can't make ice because freezer is not cool enough and has no clean filter - it needs to replace immediately. Dryer also took decades to get my laundry dried. Good appliances they have but unfortunately not fully functioning. Only one aircon in living area so bedrooms stayed hot in hot air from the day.

Found the mattress on the double bed rolled to the middle which didn't worry me but did my partner.Suggested that some tea towels would be handy but did find some hand towels so able to use them.My only disappointment was finding an unemptied ashtray on the deck and we were a group of non-smokers.Not a major problem though as plenty of bins around the property

Loved the location and sitting out on the balcony was great...cool with the mild breeze and a great view of the ocean in the distance. The lounge area was comfortable and saw that there were a couple of great movie DVDs there to watch if wanted. We chose to sit and chat instead, in fact, didn't even bother turning the TV on. Loved the ceiling fans in all the rooms. Handy to the IGA and cafes.Only a block from the beach.Will return.

Requested early check-in, but not informed they can't make it. Had to go to detour until 2pm. Some dust in surfaces of bedside tables.

The carpets needed a good vacuum and were badly stained. A good steam clean was needed. Everything else was clean and the property smelled fresh.

The bed in the main bedroom sags in the middle, the shower would not keep a constant temperature and we couldn't get the TV in the main bedroom to work. We could get sound but no picture

As the previous tenants were responsible for dishes, there were a lot of dirty ones, requiring rewashing and the only other thing was the freezer didn't work. Just about nothing to complain about!

Spacious, comfortable and cosy. Great location and close to everything you want. Quick walk to the beach and Jurien Jetty, across the road to the shops and across the road from the Police Station...Made us feel extra secure staying there at night and especially leaving the expensive car outside. But could also check on it from the balcony / outside area, which was great.

The bed in the main bedroom is starting to sag in the middle, if the bed is changed for future guests that'd be great :)

The Amazon account on the TV was a nice to have, and the living area is very spacious! We checked in at about 2pm and it was quick and very fuss-free :)

The property is on the second floor and there is no lift. We have to carry our luggage up stairs. However, the owner did help out so it didn’t caused much issue. The property is a bit hard to find as the house number can’t be seen from the road.

Location is good and kitchen is spacious. The owner is very nice. Other then the two toilets inside the property, there are two more toilets downstairs that we can use. It is very convenient for us.

The cleanliness could have been better (e.g. dirty windows, the flooring, the outdoor area had sand on the decking, pet hair on the couches outside, no towel hanging rails, no sheets on bed (just a quilt), shower temperature in ensuite bathroom fluctuated.

A roomy, comfortable living area/kitchen and outdoor sitting area. A modern 'home' feel to this apartment.

The lounge sofas need replacing - they have lost shape, are falling apart and not comfortable any more. It would also be nice if the air-conditioning was throughout the whole apartment and not just the living area - particularly during the very hot nights.

The apartment is in an excellent location for the beach and across the road from the large IGA, BWS and local shops. There was plenty of space for our family of four, including two grown teenagers.

Sofa need replacing, seats are uncomfortable, smelly and dirty. Couldn't find the folding bed as stated. Bar stools are wobbly to seat.
