Didn't know where to park the car so we parked up the driveway. There was no staff around. We stayed for 2 nights and the rubbish bin in the room wasn't taken out. Went to go for a swim on a 40 degree day but Pool was dirty and had not been cleaned.

Close to all the wineries. Had our own private entry.

Very dated and weathered property. Adjoining doors in bedrooms had frosted glass with no blinds or curtain so other guests would turn on lights overnight and wake us up.

location was central. lovely view over the vineyards

It really needs a little kitchenette or even just a small sink & bench in the kitchen area to make it easier to wash dishes & get water rather than having to use the tap in the bathroom (which is very shallow and hard to use to fill up drink bottles, cups, the jug etc). It is also a bit of a hygiene issue having to get your drinking water from the bathroom. Also, the door in the main bedroom separating this property from the adjoining room desperately needs a curtain as the light from the adjoining room flows straight through the frosted glass at night. The neighbours we had stayed up late into the night, so this kept us awake as it is quite bright.

The location was perfect and very central. The property was very scenic and had lovely views. Beds were comfy and the property was clean and well furnished.

The outdoor facilities are quite tired. It would be lovely if the tennis racquets and ball could be replaced as, even though the tennis court has cracks and grass in places, we still managed to have a hit and a giggle with the kids. Similarly with the basket ball and hoop. It would have been good if there was paper towel to clean the bbq and some oil to use on the bbq.

The location was excellent and was only a few minutes to most places we wanted to go. Sam, the manager, deserves a big shout out for his very friendly and helpful nature. He really made our visit. The views across the vineyards and the serenity of the place was a real bonus. The continental breakfast was good and the shower had very good water pressure. Always a selling point! We also liked the fact there was a fly screened in outdoor table near the bbq area which we used at dinner time.

As per the other reviews this property is really better suited to shorter stays and close friends/ families due to the layout of the room as the passage to the main bedroom is through the second bedroom. As we were travelling with our child this was not an issue for us in our stay. As noted in the listing the kitchenette is a good option for those looking to have light continental or microwave breakfast and eat out/have takeaway rather than self catering due to its set up and lack of kitchen sink/mini bar style fridge.

Lovely location and surroundings and the room was clean and comfortable. Sam the manager was very friendly and responsive. The light breakfast provided was appreciated (selection of cereals and bread for toast with jam)

It's not what we didn't like, it's more as an fyi for other patrons: there are no kitchens and no sinks other than the one in the bathroom. To get to the second bedroom and bathroom you will need to travel through the first bedroom. I guess if you're staying with people you really know it's ok, but it could be quite awkward walking into each other using the shower or trying to access the living room if people are sleeping in the first bedroom already. Would be nice to have a box of tissue in the living room/ dining area.

It's a cute and comfortable accommodation. We love the doggo and the kangaroos! :) Beautiful sunset.

The shower had a lot of hair in it when we arrived, the kettle was extremely dirty but lukily there was a microwave we could use instead. The pool was closed and we were only given enough jam for our breakfast for one of the days.

The place itself was nice, the view from the room was beautiful and it was nice walking around the property. The location was quite convenient as it was only about an 8 minute drive to the gardens. The bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly.

The suite is the master suite to the house that has been closed off for rental, there was no separation for privacy nor separate parking, I was asked to park in the driveway next to their carport, the booking descriptions do not match the actual stay,as the suite does not overlook the pool, there is no private entry as it is from the patio door, no separate parking nor was their breakfast included which was in my booking price. I was told by the on-site manager Sam on arrival that it was an error on Booking.com that they had been trying to remove for over 2 years. The booking description gives you the impression it is separate and private from the main house where it is not. The second night I was kept awake by the managers on site entertaining their friends on the outside back balcony which runs alongside patio near the main suite. There is no separation so you hear all noises from the managers inside the house and the laundry that is behind the room.

The location was central to the wineries.

Self catering wasvery basic, with a fridge, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. There was only 1 mug for 2 of us and no bowls or dessert spoons. Just a little attention to detail and it would have been the perfect stay

We stayed in the Rose Room. The bedroom seems to have been newly renovated and was beautiful, dark wood and walls with white blinds and curtains. The bed was super comfortable with lovely linens. The outlook was gorgeous, looking across the vineyard. Sam the manager was great, very friendly and knowledgeable. We had a fabulous wine tasting session with him and Amanda which made the experience so memorable.

Unfortunately the weather turned on us and our hot air balloon ride was cancelled. Although the weather was patchy with rain and being windy and cold we still found lots of other different things to do and really enjoyed our little getaway.

We got into the deck cafe for breakfast on Monday as it was booked out both Saturday and Sunday so we used our voucher then and the breakfast was really good with lots to choose from and the service was great. The location was outstanding and we mainly stayed up around that area and saw places that we haven't been to before, had some beautiful walks and visited the Watershed art gallery and the winneries in that area. The restaurants Amanda's on the edge and II Cacciatore were amazing and so glad we got the chance to have dinner there.

Nice location but otherwise not acceptable

This is way over priced for what you get. Having to access the bathroom and one bedroom by walking through the other bedroom is really not acceptable. The main bedroom has a flimsy door to attached rental with lights affecting it. Not secure or pleasant. No kitchen (which was in the description) but was is there is very poor and potentially dangerouse. Multiple high power use items (fridge/toaster/kettle/coffee machine and microwave) all running off one extension. The fuse blew - not surprisingly. Also no kitchen sink so have to use bathrrom sink, which has a leak at the bottom of down pipe so water floods floor. In short, this is not fit for purpose and needs major upgrade to make both safe and comfortable.

The location was good with nice view. But that was really the only redeeming feature of this property

Hundreds of little bugs in the second room (looked like fruit flies) Power went out for 5 hours or so. No kitchen or dishwasher to put dirty dishes.

Breakfast was included in the price we paid yet there were only 4 small packets of cereal to provide breakfast for 2 adults over 3 days. There was no crockery nor cutlery in the room, only 2 wine glasses and 2 dirty coffee mugs. No milk for coffee nor for the provided cereal either. No staff around to assist. No tissues nor hand wash in the room, nor detergent to wash the cups, especially since the room wasn’t serviced over the 3 days. When we booked the room, the pool showed that it would be available for use, once we got there, it had been updated to show that it wouldn’t be available. Lights were faulty too.

    The room was lovely
