Everything was excellent aside from the parking. Navigating parking lot to car space was quite confusing and parking space was very narrow which made it a bit stressful to park even with a small hatchback.

Great unit and very beautiful location. Although a little bit distant from the main shops and esplanade was still only a rough 15 minute walk to shops and only a minute walk to the beach which was excellent.

I think the apartment could have included a few pantry items (salt, pepper, dish brush, rubbish bin bags) and bathrooms could be a little cleaner.

Just some feedback- small things but expectations of a clean apartment:- The vacuum cleaner bag needed emptying as it didn’t suck much at all, maybe it’s time for replacement as it wasn’t much better after emptying the bag. The carpet had been vacuumed when we got there but hadn’t picked up much. The dryer filter needed emptying so the dryer would sense properly. I appreciate these things take time in a quick turnaround but do matter. The website says a fully equipped kitchen- we felt it was minimally equipped but ok for our minimal holiday cooking there- sharp large knives would be great.

Location was perfect, loved waking up to the sunrise and sea view, and a bonus to have whales out in front most days. We were lucky to have an upgrade to a 3-bedroom apartment due to too many guests for the 2-bedroom we booked in busy school hols. The staff were really friendly and helpful and are obviously a close team. The pool, spa and gym were really great, exceptionally clean and amongst pretty gardens. New equipment in the gym was a bonus, although more outside exercise was undertaken by the beach as the weather was awesome.

The set up inside / lounge area was very uncomfortable. Just put a decent lounge in there and will make a big difference

There are 2 major constructions on one side of building. Our apartment was that side, which also gets only early morning sun on balcony. But noise wasn’t really bad.

Felt ocean view appartment was a little miss leading as I could only see ocean from side balcony , I would request a beach facing room if I booked ocean view next time . As the Belcony was a little smaller than most places I have stayed .

The location of the property is perfect , the pool area and pool was amazing for kids and very safe for my 5 year old , BBQ area , Gym and car park were great . The rooms were very clean and modern and well maintained with ample cooking utensils etc .

Perfect location for us. Coffee shops and shops close. It was private and spacious, there was no noise from other apartments.

Great location. Close to all the shops and other tourist requirements. We received a room upgrade for the room we had booked. Fantastic view from the 20th floor. We could see the whales passing by. Excellent pool, gym and guest amenities.

The only issue was the remote of the TV that did not work. It was a minor issue anyways

NOTHING it was fantastic

We are a group of 6 x over 60's who like a 4 day break and this was prefect for us all. Clean, comfortable, easy access and within walking distance to beach, shops, restaurants and cafes. We had an amazing view of the beach and really relaxed and enjoyed our stay.

Coffee and tea selection. Majority of our recent stays have provided better variety. Such as pods or coffee machine and a wide variety of herbal teas. Also no general other consumables, salt, pepper etc

Great apartment looking over the southern end of Burleigh Beach. Outdoor deck was lovely, very large lounge and kitchen area. Super convenient location, seconds from the beach and just a few mins walk to the main shops and restaurants.

Cost was a bit much. The complementary toiletries are not good quality, drying my skin out a lot.

Clean, nicely appointed. Parking on site. Little gym to workout in. Staff were helpful processing my information remotely as I left every morning before they arrive, return after they have left.

Unfortunately, there was a massive and noisy road work on the avenue. It would be nice to be aware of it because one day woke me up at 3am.

You could tell that some items in the apartment are old. Some items had rust stains, the shower head had a bit of rubber coming out, some corners were dusty and some of the dished not cleaned properly. Also the tv had some light damage to it. Nothing too crazy though.

The location is AMAZING! We were up in the 15th floor and had the ocean view from balcony, lounge room and bedroom. It's so close to many amazing restaurants and right next to the beach. We loved our stay here!
