Beautiful location, felt brand new. Really clean. Large comfy bed and spacious well appointed bathroom. Great breakfast and “treats” left by the owner. You really should visit.

Owner was extremely welcoming and communication was excellent. Additional snacks were provided on arrival which was a nice surprise after a long drive. Toiletries and similar items were also available for use. Although we did not require assistance with mobility, studio two had ramp access along with bathroom and toilet facilities to accommodate anyone requiring same. Great location for anyone looking for a quiet getaway.

Everything was exceptional. The modern decor, the immaculate cleanliness, amazing shower, spacious bathroom, comfy bed, lovely furnishings, lovely view, tasty generous breakfast and all the lovely complimentary extras. Top marks!

Studio 1 has beautiful views, right on the waterfront. It was quiet, private and luxurious. Quality fittings, spacious, and amazing breakfast supplies and other goodies to enjoy making us feel pampered.

Absolutely love everything about this great B&B, from the time of arrival to departure. Lovely Sharon introduced herself on arrival , the place was immaculate, breakfast was ample and great choice of food, really clean and welcoming place. Enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. Will stay here again when back for a break.

Nothing about the property require attention but for all microwaves including ours at home I’d love a mute button 😂

The best welcome/stay package we’ve ever experienced. Wine x2, snacks x 3, fruit, cheeses, yogurt, milk, two containers of muffins, fruit juice, soft drinks, still water, dips and the list goes on. All inclusive. Studio 1 is exceptional with unrestricted views of the jetty and bay. Port Albert is an environment that is exceptionally quiet and undergoing a period of transition. For evening meals we headed to Yarram and were not disappointed. Nearby BBQs are available but probably best used in summer. Sharon snd Mark were great hosts and Sharon sets a high standard for her self and this is reflected in her attention to detail for her guests. A wonderful place to disconnect from the rush of life and reconnect with yourself and those dear to you.

While the setting was tranquil, noise was a bit of an issue, whether with passing cars or the plumbing. Not a big deal overall.

Views from the studio were fabulous- very hard to beat! Studio was spacious with well thought-through amenities. Sharon was an excellent host and was super generous with the provisions provided.

Everything! The best accommodation I have ever stayed in. The accommodation is so thoughtfully designed. Either the owner thinks what they would want if they are going to live in, or they simply want to provide the best experience to their customers. The attention to details is top notch. For example, the usb charging attachment, power boards at each side of the bed, down lights are all dimmable! These are little things but it is very telling how much the hosts care about the accommodation and customer experience! The mattress is so comfortable. The sofa and dining chairs are all new. Snacks and breakfast provided are more than we can eat! The weather was not that great, but we really did not mind staying in, eating the snacks and watch a smart TV that really easily cast my phone. We cannot wait to go back! The only thing I hope is every guests treat the accommodation with utmost respect it deserves!

Room was exceptional. All features were modern and comfortable, heating was easy to use, TV was large, shower and bathroom were spacious and inviting, and the bed was large and comfortable. Absolutely loved the quality of the room. The staff also left a great selection of food and items to choose from for breakfast. Could have easily stayed in this room all day.

The Room and location was so perfect as well as the warm and welcoming manner of the host Sharon...there was nothing to not like.

Loved how friendly Sharon was and very accomodating to our needs...one of the nicest people you will ever meet!!! Been to many B & B's and hotels in the past including around the world and this was the best apartment / room I have ever stayed in when it comes to cleanliness and the amenities available in the room from the perfect shower area right down to the cutlery. Will definately be staying here again in the near future. Also the view from the room looking over the Jetty was nothing short of astounding!!!
