Very clean, comfortable staff couldn't of been more helpful

Wifi continually dropped in and out, and for the last 3 days, it did not connect to our mobile devices at all. Unfortunately, our Telco provider did not have strong reception without the Wifi, so we were relying on it quite heavily in the evening. Also feel it could be more beneficial if the smart TV in the room was connected to the internet in order to access various streaming services that are located in the apps. The sliding doors to the balcony on our last evening with heavy winds during the night, rattled throughout the night, so maybe a handyman to look at it to rectify this would be beneficial for future occupiers.

Facilities and staff were absolutely exceptional. Staff kept us informed of any changes and/or updates throughout our stay. Staff (Beck and Leah) were super friendly and very approachable. We will definitely stay here again. The location was perfect to do all activities on the Mornington Peninsula.

Would be nice to get a coffee before heading off again on our road trip.

We arrived late in the afternoon, no reception, they did leave our room open for us. We left early in the morning, and the coffee shop was not open.

The property was lovely, I was only slightly disappointed that I didn’t realise earlier that a suite next to the road would mean traffic noise through the early mornings. Minor issue though, I would still come back to stay!

It's so Amazing 🤩 All of the staff was so very friendly and kind specially Leah she's so lovely and very accommodating. The place was so nice and clean all the linen smells so good and tidy. We'll sure to book here again whenever we come to sorento. ♥️♥️

It would have been nice to know the shops all close early locally - we would have planned our walking trip differently, had we known The neighbour arriving late and bumping his suitcases (twice) up the outside stair

The parking is tight. I had to put the car out on the street as there wasn’t enough space for me to be able to open the car door.

The bathroom fixtures a little old & rusted. Pillows were too soft.

The staff at reception were very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and well presented. It had everything that we needed for a 2 night stay. The location was fantastic. It was a short walk across the road to the beach and a 5 minute walk down the road to the local shops.

The bed was a bit average to be honest. Basic spring mattress so you can feel every time your partner moves a tiny bit..

Beautiful location with the beach so close. The room was really nice. We loved the spa and movable panels to the room. Staff were lovely and the restaurant attached was really nice too.
