Everything else. It was so uncomfortable, the dinning room wasn’t even a room, it was outside so eating when raining was terrible. It’s so loud and noisy. Don’t even talk about the fridge.

Too dirty, cockroaches, bathrooms should be renovated, only one big light in the rooms. Staff not the most attentive. The fridge was broken and there was a room for everyone to leave their food, all messy. Very bad experience. But the main thing, dirty.

I couldn't stay here longer!

The place and people are everything. With the Kitchen and Earing area at the centre and the really nice staff made this the funnest place. They did free pancakes and beans for breakfast that other godtels just don't offer. There was a good mix of people some that had been here a while and others but everyone seemed to be having a good time :)

Really liked the pool and bar area. The hostel is very social, making it easy to find new friends and they do different events every night at the bar.

The Manager of the Bar at the Hostel was very unfriendly, disrespectful and kick people out of her bar because of their "attitude" although he has not spoken a word to this person, the hostel and the bar is separated so unfortunately, the nice and friendly hostel staff couldn't do anything about it. Sad for the Hostel which is actually really nice!

No real complaints, just wish the movie area could be colder but understand why that would be hard to do.

Loved the social areas. The pool and common areas make socialising easier. The kitchen was clean and plenty of space to prep and cook.

The breakfast was great, the hostel is extremely clean, i loved the common area, it’s so social I met lots of new people. The beds were extremely comfortable and everyone from staff is so nice and helpful. One of the best hostels I‘ve stayed in, also perfectly located, only 5-10 minute walk anywhere you wanna go. Really great hostel!!

The kitchen is well-equipped and perfect for cooking meals. The outside bar area is a fantastic spot to unwind and socialize. Perfect to meet new people as a solo traveler. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help out with any questions or recommendations.

This hostel is my favorite in Cairns. Everyone was friendly and staff is always down to help you whenever. Big kitchen, extremely nice outside common area and fun activities during the week which makes making friends easier. It felt like a small family during my stay. I will forever recommend this hostel and might come back one day <3

Could have more laundry stations

Staff is very welcoming. There is breakfast and received a welcome drink. Various and separated common areas to chill. Location is perfect to walk to town. Hostel was clean, matress was good
