Only downfall was toilet bathroom not in the room

The only problem we found was that the mattress was very uncomfortable because it had a big dip in the middle. Everything else was just perfect!!

The bathroom was a little tricky, requiring drying the toilet off after I showered.

I had the best sleep here, the whole atmosphere was great. I really enjoyed feeling surrounded by nature.

The only negetative was needing to park the car on the street. We had been traveling and had some valuable articles In the vehicle. This was a little worry.

Because the bathroom was too small to dry off in, it would have been good to have a screen across the external bathroom area for privacy.

Unfortunately the bed mattress lets this place down. Hubby and I spent all night fighting to not roll into each other as it sags quite a lot in the middle. This just comes with age and use but may be time for an upgrade.

Very cute little villa set back from the road only a few steps from the water. The outside is pretty untidy with the owners possessions but you do forget about that once inside as it is really lovely especially with the huge doors overlooking the little fern courtyard. Very friendly owners and dog. Provided with everything you could possibly need.

There were no blinds on the main windows. Could do for better privacy. A Nespresso machine would have been handy.

There was no breakfast. The bottle of champagne was a nice touch. Stuart was friendly and full of great recommendations. Best part was meeting Sarge. Sarge was the German shepherd on-site.

We missed having a bit more outdoor area to sit comfortably to read etc. And no lounge to watch footy together unless in bedroom So found ourselves filling our days away from unit. Being a casual smoker and not allowed any on whole property spoilt our morning schedule of coffees and reading and relaxing - had to go across road with cold winds howling. Saying that it was a cute Little place for a day or 2 and exceptionally clean.

The dog Sarge that stays on the property nipped at my hand and then tried to bite my ankle as I was walking my friends out to the car. The shutters that were in the room were dusty. No curtains in the living area so the people at the back and side could see in. Don’t be fooled- you don’t stay in the first house. You stay in the little villa at the back of the property off the shed/ garage. The shower and toilet is in one and very small so the toilet gets wet while your showering and is located outside of the actual room. The bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on. It was an old mattress with and foam mattress topper on top but the sheets were nice and clean.

Great location. Right across the road from the beach. Short walk to shops and cafes.

Having to go outside the main door to shower and toilet could have a better privacy screening. Have mentioned to Stu about the security light on units behind and maybe a roman blind to block them out of a night time. Also a light above mirror in bathroom area and founf it hard to put make up one and John had difficulty shaving
