No room in kitchen in fridges or room to hang shopping bags. One of the receptionists was a little impatient with myself and friend when we went to check in, so started off with sour taste. There was also no room to store bags to the point where we were tripping over bags to move around the shared spaces.

Lots of room in the shared bedrooms. Bedrooms were clean. It was great being able to hang out at the accomodation before and after check in/out.

They blared out music all night. They say the roof closes at 22:30 but the music continued until 2am every night we were there. As we were the top floor and the air con didnt work we had the window open and couldnt sleep. There also was not enough space for all our things and we kept getting warning notices for having our bags on the floor threatening that they would be taken away. So we had to lift our 20kg bags onto our top bunk each day which was a little tricky. To be fair the other people in our room had taken all the space under the bed and took more than one locker each which isnt really the hostels fault. But the notices each day were quite stressful.

Great location. Short walk from the station and an easy walk to the city centre and multiple museums. Lovely modern bathrooms that were always clean.

The price for accommodation is somewhat quite expensive but acceptable for the following reasons: + No lifts. Well, as expectation of just for backpackers. + 18-35 year-old only, as expectation for just young backpackers. + The whole building has only one to two bathrooms. I thought each floor has one. Have to walk the whole way downstair to go to toilet or shower. + I think the hostel should provide slippers for each room for walking in the room, going outside the hall way and going to the bathroom. I didn't know they didn't provide slipper. + Moreover, the hostel should provide each bed a cover sheet (making it like a curtain to the bed) to provide more privacy when necessary, such as if someone use bed light. + If there is a small free breakfast, that would be great, like breads, eggs, butter, jelly...

There is a kitchen, with fully equiped with stove, sink, fridges, toasters, and other tool like bowls, knife, folks, spices, water. All are clean and there is regulations for those to keep the room clean. The common room seems fun, more activities there. The rooms are clean. Staffs clean everyweek. Super close to the City Centre, about 15-20 minutes walk to the Queen Victoria Building, which is great. Bus stop right just in front of the hostel to reach to City Centre or to Watson Bay. The airport is just about 30 minutes from the Museum Station. Safe area. Staffs are nice and friendly, very helpful too.

Too many people interacting in the kitchen during breakfast & dinner. Kitchen is a little bit chaotic. There was no way to control the A/C in the room and was uncomfortable. The staff is not very friendly. Location is not so near from touristic sites, you will need public transport to move around. Seems that too many people is using the place for living and not as travelers.

I can not pay for my room-fee by card or even by cash due to their check-in system when i was late for the check-in (normally after 8:00pm), and I was required to provide my passport as a gurantte for my room-fee, which is totally unreasonable. Anyway the staff is nice and luckily nothing bad happen.

The music is really loud and even at 10 o'clock you can still hear it thumping. You can fall asleep but didn't really like it.

Really liked the size of the lockers, the showers were in great condition, roof terrace is heavenly.

I had an awesome stay! Beds were comfortable. It is a social hostel, they also organise some activities. Kitchen was a bit small, but if you just pick the right timing you will be fine. There were enough showers and toilets. They even provided a hair straightener and a hairdryer. It was close to basically everything, you can walk to the opera house and there was a grocery store nearby. I would definitely stay here again!!!!

Common area quite small and could get cramped easily. Shower room tended to flood. Your belongings should be kept on top of your bed or in your locker, in order to comply with their cleanliness standards.

Good location, close to tram station and bus stops. Room was big, spacious and clean, could fit our luggage into locker. Nice shower and toilet facilities with hairdryer and straightener. Clean kitchen and common room.

The window in my room was directed to a wall. So the room didn’t have enough light and ventilation.

Its overall a good hostel. Feels very clean!

Small kitchen and lots of stairs!

Amazing bathroom and dorm rooms (we stayed in the mixed 4 person). Staff were really helpful and hostel was very clean. We didn't participate as we didn't arrive until late Friday night so missed the bbq and checked out before pancakes on Sunday but the community vibe in this hostel is great!

Facilities not suitable for someone travelling with a (heavy) suitcase, wheelchair or other physical limitations, as no elevator is in the building.

Very small kitchen, clean, but very hot. Limited fridge space too. Very French heavy when I moved in but apparently that’s because it ‘blew up’ on French TikTok.

Constantly cleaning, good property group chat. Nice roof top. Good daily events. Brilliant staff. Washers broke one day but complete refund without question.
