We were there for a wedding in the area so it was very convenient. Didn't see any staff however the text we received prior to arrival and hand written notes giving us tips on where to go, what to see and where to eat were very much appreciated and lovely. Having freshly squeezed juice and milk in the fridge upon arrival was appreciated.

The quiet, secluded location was lovely. The hot tub was greatly enjoyed and very relaxing. All the amenities were very good and we had all we needed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Bed was more comfy than ours. The bush setting was great. Loved the decor and outdoor spa. We enjoyed Jimmy's restaurant. best Pizza. Close to everything.

Was a bit cool at night without air conditioner however there was electric blankets which were warm and cozy when yip went to bed.

There was a minor issue post check out that I felt could have been handled better communication wise, but it was resolved in the end with no further issues, and it didn't take away from how perfect the rest of everything was.

The location of Mt Lofty was the first selling point to me, and the peace & serenity of being in the hills away from all the traffic and noise confirmed how perfect the location was. The privacy was fantastic - even though it was a separate studio on the main property just down from the main house, you were completely excluded and couldn't hear anything or anyone else. The amenities & comforts included in the accommodation were spot on for the value of money we paid for the one night, and the location of the stay in relation to the places we visited while there was great, everything was either walking distance or less than 30 min drive away.

For those who aren’t wood fire savvy, maybe a reverse cycle system would be handy. Personally, we loved the log fire.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

The place was warm and cosy and very clean. The furniture and interiors were lovely. It was a delightful mid-week escape.

Be aware that the route from the studio to the spa there is a slight incline and it's muddy. (it was fine for us but we did wonder how others may find it) My suggestion would be maybe to pave it or add some stepping stones etc to avoid getting muddy and/or slipping, especially on the way back up to the studio. The jacuzzi did have a slight issue the following day where it hadn't heated up, but K was 'on to it' immediately and sent someone to come and fix it. It did take around an hour to heat up, but we were very grateful at how quick she resolved the issue for us.

This little studio is tucked away on the owner's property. The lady owner kindly allowed us to drop our car off earlier then the 3pm check in, go to lunch and return to a hot jacuzzi and a roaring fire. K gave us a run down of the property's features, and then left us to it. The outside spa was delightful, both during the day and night. The king size bed was comfy, the kitchenette had a good size fridge, had crockery etc supplied and acrylic champagne glasses (for spa safety). The bathroom was large and lovely. Some travellers may be expecting all the 'freebies' that come with traditional BnB's, but this property offers just the basics (tea, coffee, milk, water and OJ). Because I had read previous reviews, I was aware of this and also the fact that you cant cook in this studio (which was fine with us; we just packed our own supplies and a camp gas burner and cooked our bacon and eggs outside) K was very attentive, great with messages and eager to please.

My only objection was that the room was quite cold unless the fire was burning.

We enjoyed a lovely stay for our anniversary and it was the perfect quiet oasis whilst we escaped our busy toddler for a night. The scenery was stunning and the studio was decorated beautifully.

The location was sensational and beautifully positioned within the trees and the valley of Crafers and Mt Lofty. The Studio apartment was very comfortable and with it being so close to Stirling was an additional bonus.

Beautiful decor, thoughtfully put together. Everything you could need and so comfortable. Very secluded but yet so close to whatever you may want to visit, although, you'll be tempted just to stay in.

Additional sensor lights and better path down to the hot tub would have been nice to ensure that no one accidentally falls over in the dark.

We loved how the property was set in amongst bushland of Mt Lofty and the peaceful atmosphere. Hot tub under the stars on a cold wintery night was wonderful. The room was tastefully decorated too.

Possibly the best place we’ve stayed. Studio beautifully presented, comfy bed, very roomy and lots of style. The little extras like good coffee, biscuits, toiletries were much appreciated. The location is private and we loved sitting outside and seeing Kangaroos, parrots and other local wildlife. Outdoor spa was a perfect place to relax with a wine and look at the stars. Highly recommend the Botanic Garden Studios, wish we’d stayed longer.
