You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

AustraliaThe room was disgusting it had massive stains on the carpet was really dirty hadn’t been cleaned ever As soon as I opend the door smelt like pee needs a major upgrade I wouldn’t let my dog sleep in that room was that dirty the bed was like concrete would never stay there again wasn’t what was on the picture wasn’t game to pull back the sheets to see what condition the bed was in I would have rather slept in my car the health inspector would have a field day in that place I was in room 12 I paid decent money too for 1 night and was trying to find alternative accommodation but on this weekend there was nothing else available
