Stuart was so kind and very helpful. He had a lovely home and was so helpful to us even when we had issues with our car and he did not have to help. A gentleman. The room was so homely and he has fabulous artwork in his home. He made us feel at home and was so friendly with a warm smile.

Perhaps a small desk or table as there wasn't really anywhere to put my things other than on the floor. But I'm nitpicking.

I felt very welcome and made to feel at home. It was lovely chatting to other visitors who are also travelling. Stu and Lisa were fantastic hosts. The tea/coffee/breakfast supplies were good to have also. Thank you.

As we were actually staying in the home we did feel a little uncomfortable sharing the home with a number of other guests as far as shared bathroom and toilet. We had to leave early next day so we were very aware of staying as quiet as possible.

The owner Stu was very welcoming on our arrival. First impression was good, property easy to find, home was warm and welcoming. Stu was happy to open his home up to us regarding use of the kitchen facilities, laundry etc and was happy to chat and offer local information.

Great! First experience in a private home, I was a little apprehensive as a young woman traveling alone, but the host made me fastly feel at ease. One of my best accommodations in the Victoria, with the added bonus of great meetings and exchanges with other travelers !

Chose the location as it was very close to family👌 we stayed six nights in a very comfortable bedroom with adjacent bathroom. Great home with relaxing lounge area and outdoor courtyard with BBQ which we utilised for most our meals. Great coffee machine. Hosts were very friendly, helpful and generous. Was perfect for our stay. Highly recommend👌

Stuart was a very attentive host, offering drinks, cooking a fantastic breakfast in the morning. It was a wonderful atmosphere especially through the conversations during the shared evening and morning meals. The room was nice and tidy and offered all the necessary comfort. Location was close to the beach by car.

Location was amazing, a short drive to the beach/main strip of Torquay. The owners were also really lovely and were happy to have a chat! Everything was kept nice and clean by the owners, and the facilities were great.
